Change the Courier for a perfect experience
SEUR is probably the worst courier for a B2C e-commerce operation in Spain. They rarely deliver on time and let the vendor systematically down in front of their customers.
(I am actually still working for this parcel that should have been delivered 48 hours ago... and the status keeps changing from "to be delivered today" to "SEUR doing internal handling with this" every few hours - This is the second occasion than something similar happens to me with SEUR within the last 3 weeks).
Superdry is too cool to leave its fantastic product and experience in such incapable hands.
