I by accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the same jeans. I couldn’t get to a printer to print out the mailing label they always including before. Customer service wouldn’t help me, they claim it’s more convenient going paperless. I will never buy from Superdry again despite the beautiful clothes they sell. I’ve bought so many times in the past but cannot willingly.
