The sizing isn't clear. I ordered British sizing and was sent clothing that was way too large. Why would you include that, as a British company, on the American site without notice that the clothing for this market will follow American sizing. I had to pay for shipping a return, as exchanges aren't an option. In the end, I paid money to end up with nothing.

Giving one star as it was the least options available. My order was mispaced in shioment and there is no ownership or initiative from superdry merchandies.

terrible customer service. you don't have a phone number so i have to jump through hoops just to get in contact with anyone from customer service. i still don't have my item and when i requested assistance with getting my address fixed, i was basically told it's my problem to fix with UPS (even though UPS themselves said that Superdry is responsible). and it's been 3 weeks and i have no item and no refund. if i could give you 0 stars i would

I bought $300 worth of merchandise. I paid for delivery. Some of the items didn't fit, so I had to return them. I had to pay for delivery - and a FedEx bag to send them back properly. I spent an extra $15 for the opportunity to purchase clothes from a brand that I like.

It's a horrible user experience. It leaves me feeling worse about SuperDry as a brand. I think you can do better.

Superdry is top design and clothing quality. Hoodies are the best in class, love tshirts and a lot of really coll stuff for girls

I bought two long sleeve T-shirts. When they arrive one was made in Turkey and the other was made in India. The one from Turkey was great. The one from India is unsatisfactory. The Turkish cotton is nice and soft. The Indian cotton is too thin and the shirt is skimpy compared to the other. I’m disappointed that Superdry does not keep their quality consistent.

Super dry it’s my favorite brand. I like the style the material. It really fits on me. It looks very skinny on me. I also bought it for my son and my sisters and my nephew. They’re all love the styles. I also recommend my friend to buy jacket and T-shirt

Superdry is very quick for shipping and handling and the product is very good quality. The only issue is you need to size up.

This brand is super innovative and I like the designs in their graphic t-shirts and also the quality of the casual garments.

I am a big fan of this brand since I was in Venezuela

It was fast, but what I don't like was to pay (even 2 dollars) in Fedex to return items

The clothes fit very poorly.. and then when I went to get a refund, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the company. There’s no US customer service number and the only partially refunded my order. I will never be ordering from them again.

The jacket design could have been improved in multiple ways
- the hoodie or cap should have been provided with a detachable option
- the length could have been reduced a bit. It is a tad too long and sometimes robs me of that sporty look
