Security tag

I went to the Superdry Store in the Westfie la d shopping centre and bought 2 jumpers (£99.98. )
When I put on the one that I had bought for a special occasion I had to take it off again because the shop assistant had forgotten to take the security label off. I had to change all my plans. When I brought it back the assistant just took it off. No word of apology, not even sorry.
There was no alarm going off when I left the shop nor when I came back in. Not a very nice shopping experience. Ursula Shaw

Lovely. Recommended!

Got it on Sale. It arrived fast. It’s lovely, really well made! It’s really long which works for me as I’m a kilometre tall. So, short queens, beware! The only reason i didn’t give 5stars, is because it hasn’t passed the test of time. As I just got it. But judging by the quality I’m sure it will last a long time.

An issue I experienced at Westfield…

An issue I experienced at Westfield store regarding an attempted exchange and refund on Saturday 6th Dec.
I recently purchased a jacket as a gift for my son but the size was incorrect, so we visited the Westfield store to exchange it. My son selected a more expensive jacket, and at the counter I explained that I had paid £30 of the original purchase with a Superdry gift card and wished to exchange the item and pay the difference.
However, your colleague, advised that this was not possible and that I needed to process a full refund first before purchasing the new jacket. She also asked me to take a screenshot of the refund being processed on the POS screen. Based on her guidance, I expected both the card payment and the £30 gift card amount to be refunded so I could immediately repurchase the new jacket, which she kindly put aside for us.
Today I received the refund of £36.49, but the £30 gift card refund is still missing. This has been disappointing, as we made a special trip to Westfield, incurred parking costs, and left empty-handed despite my son finding a jacket he really liked.
I understand refund processes may take time, but when payments are taken instantly, it is frustrating that refunds, especially gift card refunds are delayed, particularly when we only wanted to complete an exchange.
Missing £30 gift card refund and advise when I can expect it to be returned? I would also appreciate clarification on why the exchange could not be processed

It was frustrating as my first attempt…

It was frustrating as my first attempt at buying something from Superdry. The size I usually buy (medium) is smaller than the sizes I buy from other brands. So when I tried it, it didn't fit me. I went to the shop to change for a Large size. Turns out when I arrived at the shop(Westfield White City), the team wasn't very welcoming. It seems they were all lost, the manager(I think was the manager because everyone was asking him about everything), looked stressed, no friendly approach, so I went to the till and told what happened, and they were very dry and told me they didn't do changes at the shop, and they could just refund me, and I should have to go on line and buy it again.
As I asked if I could change at the shop and they said no, my only option was to accept( very frustrated because the jacket that I chose was in my favourite colour), I did the refund and left the shop.
As it was on a weekend and I was out shopping and doing other things, I just managed to go online on the following day to buy it again, and unfortunately, the jacket that I had chosen was sold out.
For this reason, I'm really frustrated and disappointed with Superdry customer service and so we can not even say that I made a buy.

I ordered an afghan coat

I ordered an afghan coat. I love it, it's both warm and beautiful. But I am quite skinny and... it pissed me off a bit.
Normally i wear 32-34 size. I ordered 36 then, because on their website it suggested to order bigger ones. Fair.
It was still too small. I mean I could put it on, but if I had a jumper underneath it (which I promise you I would, I'm always cold) I couldn't move my arms at all.
It was my first order from Superdry ever. I joined the newsletter so I can have 10% off my order.
To exchange the coat I had to make a refund and then place a new order - but 10% was gone. And mind you, it was a big expense for me :( Soooo annoying.
I picked up my second order at the store in white city and the staff was lovely xxx

Went to return an item in store that…

Went to return an item in store that I'd purchased online. Went all the way to the Westfield store which was nowhere to be seen. Checked on the superdry site before leaving and it was showing open until 21.00. After closing a store, they don't update their website, which is beyond lazy, pathetic and unprofessional.
