Great sale. Good quality clothing. Stitched well. With organic natural materials like cotton, that much clothing today lacks, many clothes these days sadly are made using plastic derived materials such as polyester or viscose. So it's good to see Superdry still offer cotton made breathable clothing and organic cotton at that, inclusive of wool too! Delivery was exceptionally quick.

coat is really nice, great quality. must say tho, slightly disappointed in the lay out of store, extremely rampacked in terms of stock, which may seem good but hard to get through and look at clothes properly. staff were really polite and helpful tho

A bit expensive, but I found a stylish coat I was looking for a while

I've bought several items over the years and been impressed with the quality (keeps me coming back!). I was searching for a gift and there is plenty of items to browse so, i my opinion, always worth a visit.

Didn’t receive a confirmation email with my order. Which caused issues when trying to return it.

I wasn’t sure about the size and colour of the jacket which I was looking for, so I went to the store to buy it, there was variety of sizes and colours in stock. Finally superdry has true to size fit jackets now than it used to be. I had a good experience at the store.

The item that I wanted long time to be discounted was not given any discount. And I had to pay the full price _£174_ though other hundreds of items was provided with discount. I hate your policy of discount.

I go for change my jacket to Westfield store but they denied to exchange it and they told me that the perfume smell comes from it and actually it’s not coming from the jacket. I’m very disappointed that things.!

Superb and speechless

I’ll never shop at Superdry again! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, from ordering online to dealing with the staff in-store.

I went to the Stratford branch to exchange my order, but the staff claimed they couldn’t find my order number and blamed it on Royal Mail just delivering my parcel—which made no sense at all. They told me to contact customer support, which I did the next morning. To my surprise, customer support located my order within SECONDS.

I returned to the store the next day to try the exchange again. This time, a lovely gentleman at the till resolved everything in just five seconds using the exact same order number I’d given the staff the day before. The lack of consistency and effort from the team during my first visit was incredibly disappointing.

While I appreciate the help from the staff member who eventually sorted it out, the overall experience has left me vowing never to shop at Superdry again.

I bought a puritan grey microfibre jacket online and the size wasn’t right. I took it back to Westfield Stratford and the assistant exchanged it straight away and another one was on it way to my address. It’s perfect for the freezing days we are having. I just love everything about it. The price is also great.

Everything was good. Staff was very helpful.
