Visited Superdry in Touchwood today to collect an order.

I asked them to put a jacket on one side for me and there it was waiting for me when I went in the shop. I tried a different size and eventually decided on the larger one.

Love the shop and new range of clothes

The young girl was putting stuff away and took ages to come to till she was pleasant enough i guess but looked fed up
was quite dark & dinghy the shop upstairs

The atmosphere was great and the attentiveness from staff was great too especially the lady on the women’s top floor didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and friendly!

My daughter wanted a top but this was not available in stock in store. The assistant helpfully checked online, filled in the order and it was delivered home within 2 days quicker than promised….

Always a pleasure, I’m getting too old and fat so I order online now but my 2 daughters love spending their inheritance in super dry. Don’t think they would spend as much if they knew….

The clothes are great and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately I had to take jumper back as it didn’t fit properly, when I purchased it I was told I could return up to 31st January but apparently not when I took it back on 25th January was told I could not get a refund or an exchange when I asked for the manager she couldn’t be bothered to come downstairs to me and we had to go up to her! I tried explaining what I had been told about returning but she didn’t want to know all she kept telling me their policy and I should read the receipt but I had an email receipt and terms and conditions about returns doesn’t even open saying no page found!! She reluctantly gave me a voucher which I had no choice to take as I would have been £45 out of pocket!! She was very rude as all members of staff we spoke to in the Solihull branch. No way will I be giving my money to Superdry in the future. Customer service is terrible 😡

Why aren’t there any products in size 18? I looked through many coats but no 18 .
Very frustrating since we had to catch an uber and train to get to the nearest super dry shop.

Twice I have ordered online and not received my order. I have only ever ordered from here twice so that's every single time. Before Christmas I ordered a red hoodie that did not arrive and then in the January sale I ordered a black coat that didn't even get dispatched. The returns portal doesn't work and customer services are useless.

I ordered a winter coat for my Daughter , when it arrived it was too small. My husband took it back to a Superdry store but they did not stock the coat..The young lady offered to get a replacement the next size up on line and even had it delivered to my house. The coat arrived after only 2 days. Excellent service.

I purchased some items on 25.12.25, and the delivery time was scheduled for two days. However, the parcel was delivered much later than expected. When I visited the shop to inquire about the status of my order, the staff very polite) unfortunately had no information regarding my parcel.

I only received the notification for collection on 07.01.26. Unfortunately, I am currently not in the country, so I am unable to collect the parcel from the shop.

I am very disappointed with the delivery delay and the lack of tracking information provided during this time.

Disappointed that my size was not in store however assistant helped with sizes and it was ordered and delivered to home easily

No one came to ask if I needed any help as I was looking through costs I tried few on asked the girl if they had one in the black shrugged and said don’t know I did say she wasn’t very helpful but just ignored comment I left the shop came back bout half hour later as I did try one on that I liked I brought coat £109 they put in bag got outside paper bag ripped service in their was terrible felt ignored

It was excellent - great customer service too - I’ve of the products didn’t fit me and so I took it back to a SUPERDRY shop where they refunded me.

The staff at the shop are superb - it’s my second visit there and they are brilliant each time I’ve been.

I really like Superdry clothing but it does seem to come up very small. I have had to return my last two purchases for a bigger size.
Ok, in future I’ll just size up but why not just get it right in the first place.
