Outstanding customer experience
The product choice was great and I found exactly what I was looking for, and a decent price. However, the service was exceptional. The warmth, the interaction, the making sure that a customer left the store with as positive experience as possible was outstanding.

Always a pleasure, I’m getting too old and fat so I order online now but my 2 daughters love spending their inheritance in super dry. Don’t think they would spend as much if they knew….

Unfortunately I had to take jumper back as it didn’t fit properly, when I purchased it I was told I could return up to 31st January but apparently not when I took it back on 25th January was told I could not get a refund or an exchange when I asked for the manager she couldn’t be bothered to come downstairs to me and we had to go up to her! I tried explaining what I had been told about returning but she didn’t want to know all she kept telling me their policy and I should read the receipt but I had an email receipt and terms and conditions about returns doesn’t even open saying no page found!! She reluctantly gave me a voucher which I had no choice to take as I would have been £45 out of pocket!! She was very rude as all members of staff we spoke to in the Solihull branch. No way will I be giving my money to Superdry in the future. Customer service is terrible 😡
Lacking in bigger sizes
Why aren’t there any products in size 18? I looked through many coats but no 18 .
Very frustrating since we had to catch an uber and train to get to the nearest super dry shop.
Unreliable
Twice I have ordered online and not received my order. I have only ever ordered from here twice so that's every single time. Before Christmas I ordered a red hoodie that did not arrive and then in the January sale I ordered a black coat that didn't even get dispatched. The returns portal doesn't work and customer services are useless.
Service top class.
I ordered a winter coat for my Daughter , when it arrived it was too small. My husband took it back to a Superdry store but they did not stock the coat..The young lady offered to get a replacement the next size up on line and even had it delivered to my house. The coat arrived after only 2 days. Excellent service.
Checking delivery time and be aware
I purchased some items on 25.12.25, and the delivery time was scheduled for two days. However, the parcel was delivered much later than expected. When I visited the shop to inquire about the status of my order, the staff very polite) unfortunately had no information regarding my parcel.
I only received the notification for collection on 07.01.26. Unfortunately, I am currently not in the country, so I am unable to collect the parcel from the shop.
I am very disappointed with the delivery delay and the lack of tracking information provided during this time.
