Very nice jumper. The neck was a little higher than expected. True to size givn̈g a good fit. Good colour. It looks very comfortable and flattering.

First experience, Friendly service. Bought two coats, one was too small, refund process was quick and easy, all done via email. New experience of no hassle refund thanks.

Worst in store experience I have had! None of the staff seemed to be working (standing in groups talking) except the cashier. Leaders seemed more interested in giving colleges staff discount at the cash desk instead of serving customers. I left the store wanting to tell someone how bad my experience was!

I order a jacket but it returned without getting it, and its said in the email that it doesn't fit, I did not get I even and I went to store it was told that they refund but it was not refund .... I confused .....

The staff were faultless, always happy to help and with a smile at all time - that’s how customer service should be.

Shame, the store will be closing soon, we went there for years, but this is the first time back since the lock down.

Feels claustrophobic inside. Very tight and narrow branch. Hardly any space to pass thru.

Shop floor staff really helpful with advice & product knowledge despite me visiting minutes before closing on a Sunday.
Manager very understanding & accommodating with my return which was just out of required time for returns.
