Staff was very helpful and professional, my wife and her mum had a good experience and brought a coat which was delivered on time and mum is very happy, I brought a coat for my wife and a few items for myself, all together a really good experience and I will shop there very soon, thank you.

Helpful and emphatetic customer service
The sales assistant was patient and kind enough to help sought through an online return/exchange issue. She placed another order on my behalf. Good experience. The fear between online purchases and bringing it in-store for help is real. Store people do not really know the policies and deals online and I feel like Iam alienated by the brand, the same brand I purchased online from.
