Totally worst
I had have terrible experience with Superdry. I was being deducted from my bank account even though the purchase wasn’t through as their website had a problem on check out. Worst customer service, few option to address the problem quickly, I used their messenger sort of communication but it took ages to respond. Totally crap at all.

Brilliant staff & service in Norwich, very helpful. Did not realise how expensive the jeans were though until I got to the checkout which was embarrassing. Some prices/offers not clearly displayed with exactly what was on offer (like 2 for £50 on t-shirts).
