I never received an email update…
I never received an email update regarding my collection. The staff said I can only collect when I get an email on 27th March - which was supposedly my collection date. The staff on the day I collected was very kind and checked twice for me.

Pleasant and patient member of staff. He waited while I was able to log into my blue light app, so I could retrieve my discount. Bought a lovely jacket. A little bit gutted that your size 16 is actually a XL in your stores mind. However I’m really pleased with the jacket.

Last minute shopping on our way back out from town.
My eldest spotted a skirt on a mannequin on display which she tried on. We brought that skirt and as we left realised they were then shutting. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all we hadn’t realised they were even closing yet.
