Very helpful to deal with from buying the plan in-store to getting set up. My plan for £10 a month is a third of what I was paying EE for, after being a customer of theirs since they took over Orange. So I'm happy that I get extra points when shopping in-store

Rubbish
So many problems with this network, first your using the 3network, and so its cheaper to get a plan directly from three . 2 ..you need internet access to activate a sim from this terrible network, 3 there is no one to talk to in customer services only a live chat but they never rectify any issues I've had anyway . 4 they don't tell you that you have to set up voicemail before you can hear a message , i missed an important phone call while driving I tried to access my voice mail and was told by a automated service that I had to set voice mail up . It's compulsory that you set up a pin , record your name and tben a message ??? I have never had to do that before...I don't want to leave my name or leave a message I HATE MY VOICE ...I tried to do this set up because I had no choice to get to my important message..eaxh time i left a pin i was told YOU SEEN TO BE HAVING PROBLEMS GOODBYE. and the phone would hang up ...I tried this set up 10 times each time getting to a different stage and then getting the YOU SEEN TO BE HAVING PROBLEMS GOODBYE. and the phone would hang up .I still haven't heard my important message and I tried talking to the live chat customer service but its rubbish ..there talking to 10 people at once and they honestly don't give a dam....im off to smarty

Had trouble setting the sim card up. Customer service were very helpful in assisting and I was able to set it up. Haven't had any problems since.

I bought a new SIM for my daughter from…
I bought a new SIM for my daughter from Superdrug after she hadconstant network and data issues with O2. Switching over was really straightforward, activation was quick and easy, and I was able to transfer my old number without any problems.
Since changing, the service has been excellent. The SIM works reliably all the time and no single issue with network coverage or mobile data. Overall, a much smoother experience and were really happy we made the switch.

Lost my sim card
Lost my sim card, so I contacted Superdrug Mobile. Who informed me they would send a new card within 2 working days. Its now been nearly a week and I still don't have a sim card and I go on holiday tomorrow. So now I need to look for a new sim card provider before I go away.
EDITED i have been in touch with the online chat and through email. It is now 10 days since I was promised a replacement sim. It still has not arrived. I cannot book a doctors appointment or get my medication because I need my phone number to prove its me. I am disgusted at the service.

The set up was fine
The set up was fine. The £10 I paid instore for the sim card was automatically & quickly discounted from the price of the unlimited plan.
So the set up was extremely easy & included giving *basic* ID details & Email address only.
The price is very good & no contract is needed, so I can cancel at any time.
The only problem is some recurring buffering in the evening, which Iv never had before.
I mainly use this sim as a hotspot
@ home & sometimes my TV signal will go altogether & I try all other device suggested remedies, but inevitably have to switch off mobile phone, tv & roku devices & re-start them. This may happen 2 or 3 times on (possibly) 1 out of 4 evenings of having the tv on. Its an inconvenience, but it always re-starts & signal stays live for at least 2 hrs before it might happen again.
But overall, Im quite happy.
Iv always had strong or to excellent signal wen I make or recieve mobile calls.
