Superbuy has Made shipping from China possible, in such an easy and efficient way! I've overall had a great experience, nothing lost, nothing broken, and comminication often comes easy and super helpful! I'm super grateful with the service, they even return you money if the shipping price was actually lower than the one supposed. It's a really honest and clean process.

Everything with Superbuy went smoothly
Everything with Superbuy went smoothly! Only at the end with my country's shipping company did I have some problem but that's not Superbuy's fault.
And when I wanted to cancel one order they did it smoothly and easily. I just had to pay 8 Yuan fo it to be shipped back to the seller.

First time Superbuy user
This was my first time using Superbuy, or actually any agent at all, but I wanted to say Superbuy is in my personal opinion a really good agent, I had multiple problems and questions throughout my process, and using their customer service my questions were answered or problems were fixed all within 24 hours of asking said question. They have plenty of events to save money with, and lots of giveaways that anyone can enter. Overall Id say Superbuy is not only a trustworthy agent, but also just genuinely a good website, with quicker customer service than most big brands I know, as well as information on any topic you would need to know to get started.
