Really bad line connections, constantly crackling so you can not hear each other talk on phone. Also no dial tone some days so people can not contact or we can not ring out on phone. When we tried to use live chat it does not work there is no link to press.

Had tried to contact by phone to no avail . Used the chat line and problem sorted in minutes .
Was told we would get from 17MBPS upward internet speed but it was so bad we were only getting 5MBPS, we couldn’t use the internet to load anything constantly cutting in and out before we switched had no issues, that’s not the issue the issue is there customer service we have been without internet for 2 months and still waiting for a technician that never turned up a mangers call back that never happend constantly phoning up to talk to someone that’s not reading off a script to cancel but then won’t let us talk to anyone higher up to cancel without paying a £400 cancellation fee and can’t talk to anyone about the issue worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Shocking customer service. Charged to leave the provider despite giving adequate notice and paying final DD. Charged for faulty router that was replaced 5 years ago! Debt agency staff appointed to chase payment. I was spoken to rudely. Would Not Recommend. Quality of WiFi poor

Disgusting service, no communication from them, regarding an outstanding balance after a bereavement, just sent to an unregulated debt collector. Ironic that an Internet provider can't send a customer an email.

It is terrible that when someone dies and they were the only person in the house and the house will be sold because you cancel the service you have to pay £35, even though the person is dead
Terrible, when £000s has been paid over years and years
Call wait times terrible, do not open till 9am
The £35 is owed by the estate, but if you point this out this it is ignored, and the very next day text message saying debt will be passed to debt recovery for "further action"., The £35 is not a liability of friends and family

Unbelievable. 3 months ago I received a letter for someone else. I advised it was probably meant for someone moving in next door and this turned out to be correct. I was reassured that the records would be updated. Since then, I have had numerous letters which I have passed to this new neighbour. I have also emailed Supanet several times. I am now being threatened with bailiffs because they cannot seem to be able to update their records. I have had several emails asking me for more information ( I have told them everything) and the emails always arrive on a Saturday when the phone lines are closed. I have given them my telephone number if they wish to discuss this further but they don't call me. Last week I got an email asking for the account holders name and date of birth......how would I know this ? I have even had letters asking if I can provide any information on the person's whereabouts. YES....I have been telling them for 3 months where she lives. I don't know what more I can do.

Criminal sales tactics! When I searched for BT Broadband on Google, a toll number popped up, which I called under the impression I was interacting with a BT representative. At no point did they clarify they are not BT, and that they are Supanet, which is a company I had never heard of. This became clear to me only when I received the PDF "contract" documents 4 hours after I made the call. I tried calling customer service and didn't get through. So I emailed their customer service team cancelling my contract within the cooling off period. I am waiting to hear back from them about whether they have cancelled the contract. This is a terrible way to secure new customers by scamming them by impersonating well-known service providers. Also, after I got my order cancelled and Supanet confirmed I owe them no money, is sending me letters to collect GBP 50 of outstanding payment through a third party agency. Shame on Supanet!

Ordered there services got charged £50 to cancel less than 24 hours later. Never received any of there services. I thought I'd ordered through bt. Once I realised my mistake was charged £50 to leave during a cooling off period.

Please don't buy.
There is no problem with this company charging cancellation charges, but this company wants the equipment that is your router back to you. If you do not return it within 14 days, you have to pay. Now this company has not given me any information about this item. If they provide an address, postcode or branch address, we should send them their equipment back to us, but they do not tell us anything. And after 14 days, they do not give any reminder. If they give a reminder to them, then we know that we have to send this item because we are mostly busy.
If there is a remanding system in the company, we will understand, so I suggest that you people do not invest in this company.

Got sign posted to Supanet via broker but believed we were signing up to a BT package, when we realised, we called to cancel the next day (well within cooling off period) They had signed us up to a priority service unbeknown to us. The service/contract which was due to start in around six weeks time!! I was then told if I cancelled in the next 14 days that I would have to pay a £50 fee to cover priority service, which we never asked for (to get us set up in six weeks time) Needles to say the only way out of the contract was to begrudgingly pay £50.00 fee. I will give you that for free option SCAMM comes to mind and reading other people’s reviews we are not the only ones.

I wish I could not even give them a Quarter of a star. This network could do better by employing and training qualified engineers and train their customer care staff. There is a woman I spoke to on two occasion, extremely rude! The problem is they use equipment and staff which is not competent and they employ Agents who does not have a clue of what they are doing or talking about. The Agents can not answer a simple question about their broadband.Very Sad!Stay away from Supanet if you do not want stress!
