Amazing customer support, as a solar installer I’ve dealt with many different brands customer support. Joy from customer support at SunSynk was by far the best and easiest to deal with. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Was very informative, polite and confident in her knowledge.

I'm an installer and whilst the equipment is generally great, when reporting a faulty piece of equipment on a current install, (brand new and uncommissioned), have been met with rudeness, arrogance, ignorance and lack of any sort of suitable resolution to obtain a replacement part. I cannot finish the installation and weeks later now, still have no communication or an RMA. The process for dealing with this warranty return/replacement has been extremely painful, technically inadequate and generally a very poor experience. Please try harder, Sunsynk, it really not OK for this appalling level of service for the ones recommending and installing your products to the consumer.

Excellent customer service help through the APP, they can look at your account and go through issues with you or alternatively they can make changes that you request and confirm changes.
My query was to do with force charging the batteries on a cheap night rate and it was sorted in no time at all.

The app has it's own flaws and is quite hard to understand in how to use grid power and how to release sun energy; especially the timer use can be set but does not want to load at nights in spite of what I estimate the right settings. Is there a manual for the app on my phone?? It does not seem to exist on the internet. Cry out for help and then the helpdesk was very helpful. I really want to give them 5 stars for that. But the complicated app still does not really work well.

Customer support chat was so swift, with the operator answering my questions with all the relevant information. She was also able to adjust the charging times of my batteries remotely, which was such a relief. There was barely any wait time. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Customer service is amazingly easy and quick, chat built into the app. Quick to respond and very helpful. I requested a firmware update for my inverter and access permissions on the app and it was completed in one step within minutes. Highly recommend.

Delving into the realm of solar power and the app installed to monitor the solar functions was a little daunting. Thankfully Sun Synk have a team on hand to help, as I had a few teething troubles in the 1st week and couldn't work out why, it was great to have advise on hand that talked me through these issues. Great response time from very patient people. Keep it up.

Form day one the insulation was delayed and false promises were made. The sale man showed us data showing how it would reduce the bills and we would be paying next to nothing for electricity which would cover the cost of the batteries. We now pay and extra £100 electric and £100 finance for the batteries and there is less people living in the house! . When asking them about this we need to pay the installer to come and check he has fitted it correctly ( what a joke 🤣). Also we had a power cut and the batteries that had over 40% charge in them did not back the house up so was left sat in the dark. What's the point of having the extra cost and no back up. Customer service is awful bunch of tech heads that will not help if you don't understand klingon. Overall shocking company to work with worse mistake I've made.
