I had a good experience in Sundet …
I had a good experience in Sundet Boulevard Horsens but we decided to try in the local of Copenhagen (Central Station) and first they make a mistake and give my order ✌️ another people that touch the food. Then I told them that I would like a New one and the woman with bad actittude say i only will change the potatoes. And then litetally trow me my order. Then when we ate the sandwich were dry and can barely see the pieces of chicken. Definitely o won't recommend it and I never will back again

Rude servers, microwave food, chefs ignoring orders...
Me and my girlfriend just got back from a very long and exhausting trip and were at the train station in Copenhagen, on 2017-07-10 at 14:12 order number 71, if anybody from this company is even reading this page ever. Since we haven't ate in a very long time, we needed some food, and since I heard about Sunset Boulevard having a vegetarian option, I suggested going there, since my girlfriend is vegan and getting any vegan food is damn near impossible. When we went there, we saw that you need to pay 10 DKK extra just for that. The server was incredibly rude, not trying to help answering our questions, even though they were valid (like what do they put in the vegetarian option, which burger has more vegetables and so on). Basically was acting as if we were honored by Sunset even existing in providing us mere mortals with their service. When my girlfriend asked if there's going to be mayonnaise on her burger, the server said of course, and if we wanted it not to be there, we had to talk to the chef. So we went there. Explained to him to not put any mayonnaise on the ordered burgers and he said that he won't put any. All the food was made in a microwave. Food at freaking McDonald's is made in a more fresh way, at least there you see them cooking the meat. After a very long wait (huge line with only one cook working IN THE COPENHAGEN TRAIN STATION, probably the busiest restaurant they have), we finally received the burgers. They of course had the mayonnaise left in them. Not even surprised. This has been the last time I ever step foot in this restaurant. It used to be a healthier alternative to McDonald's, no clue what kind of a shitshow they're running nowadays...
