Unreliable Service and Poor Communication – Avoid Dealing with Ashwini
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sunonix India Pvt Ltd due to poor customer service and unfulfilled commitments.
On February 14, 2025, I paid an advance of Rs 20,000 via IMPS net banking for a solar water heater installation, expecting a smooth and timely process. Within minutes, Ms. Ashwini from the sales department acknowledged receipt of the payment. However, what followed was a nightmare.
Despite confirming the payment, Ashwini repeatedly delayed the installation—first promising it for Saturday, then Monday, then Thursday—without providing a valid explanation. My multiple follow-ups led nowhere, as she kept postponing the work and eventually stopped responding to my calls altogether, leaving the issue unresolved.
With no other option, I had to escalate the matter to my Apartment Association. Only after their intervention did Ms. Padmaja, the Manager, promptly took action. Thanks to her efforts, the installation was finally completed by technician Mr. Bharath on February 22, 2025. I sincerely appreciate Padmaja for stepping in to resolve the issue and Bharath for his professionalism.
While I never met Ashwini in person, her lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to honor commitments make her a liability to Sunonix India Pvt Ltd. If you're considering a solar installation with this company, avoid dealing with Ashwini at all costs. Instead, request to work directly with Padmaja, the Manager, to save yourself from unnecessary delays, frustration, and inconvenience.
