I had the most disheartening experience with Sunmaster, an experience that I can only describe as a complete disregard for their passengers' well-being. Not only did they cancel my flight without any prior notice, but they also subjected my disabled wife to unnecessary distress.
My wife, who has a disability, requires careful planning and assistance when traveling. We had made arrangements based on the confirmed flight booking, and she was mentally prepared for the journey. Imagine our shock when we arrived at the airport, only to discover that our flight was cancelled. No email, no call, nothing to alert us of this significant change.
The impact of this cancellation on my wife's emotional and physical well-being cannot be understated. She was left upset, confused, and physically uncomfortable due to the last-minute changes. It is a reflection of sheer negligence and incompetence on the part of Sunmaster.
I implore Sunmaster to revaluate their approach to customer care and communication. Passengers, particularly those with special needs, deserve better treatment. The absence of transparency and concern for passengers' peace of mind is inexcusable.
The booking was on the 23/05/2023 and Sunmaster still refuse to take responsibility and compensate us for the Flight Cancellation and the stressful times we have been through

After booked an expensive trip to Dubai for 6 of my family members they have changed my name and messed up my booking! Upon contacting them they've said they are dealing with it and will be done soon as I am not a priority as my flight is not until 7th August. I was initially told it would be sorted by end of day Friday, which was not the case. I have now given them until Wednesday to sort the issue out otherwise I will be contacting my bank and retrieving the money back that way.
They have also amended my parents who showed as children and my children who showed as adults. The answer message says they are British based. Upon talking to the advisor, the department dealing with my issue is apparently based in the Phillipines. So more lies. I would never book through this company again! Never had issues like this before booking with other agencies. What is a 5 minute job seems to be taking over a week to resolve and after speaking to emirates, this is not a complex thing to do to get this sorted before my flight. Can see why they are not taking any further bookings, clearly are unable to handle the simplest thing! Only thing they could handle was taking my money! No surprise there!

Strikes me that the bad reviews here have been an issue with the hotel ,or people wanting to change their original booking at the last minute. That's not the companies Fault. I am sitting in the actual apartment we requested, don't get better than that.
Absolutely the Worst holiday company to deal with!! Completely pass the buck to their “agents” and lie after lie about nobody else has complained!! THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE GONE DOWN THE PAN!!

I tried to do a name change on a flight to be told I can’t so now it’s cost me 380.00 for a new flight and admin which I think is a rip off I will never use this company again

Terrible customer service. They have Booked myself and 2 children into a hotel that is not even open when we arrive. Not a word about moving us or refunding the hotel element of the holiday. I’ve had to contact the hotel directly for clarification and even with this Sunmaster still say I have a ‘live’ booking, despite them moving my mother out of the hotel as it will be closed! Contacted Yalago, as getting absolutely nowhere with Sunmaster.
Clicked to book a holiday, put in my details, they took payment, and said I'd be emailed confirmation and tickets within 24 hours. They then phoned me to say the holiday had trippled in price, am I happy to go ahead with it? I said no, they only partially refunded me the money theyd charged on my card. SCAM!!
