I would give this place zero stars if I…

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a pair of sunglasses here that felt decent in the shop, but they literally fell apart within the first few weeks of normal wear. For the price they charge, you’d expect quality, but these are absolute garbage.

When I went back to the store—only 30 days after purchase—to ask for a return or even just an exchange for the defective product, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, they treated me like I was the problem. They flat-out refused to honor any kind of return policy, even though the glasses broke immediately due to poor manufacturing.

It’s clear this store only cares about taking your money; they have zero interest in standing behind their products or treating their customers with basic respect. Save your time and your cash—go literally anywhere else where they actually value their clients.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the current state of your return policy and customer support.
Recently, I attempted to resolve a return issue and was left on a customer service hold for over an hour. This is completely unacceptable for a premium retailer. To make matters worse, after finally getting through, my issue remained entirely unresolved.
A return policy should be a straightforward part of the customer experience, yet Sunglass Hut has made it an exhausting and unproductive ordeal. As a customer, I expect timely support and clear solutions, neither of which were provided.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into the efficiency of your support team and the transparency of your return procedures. I look forward to hearing how you intend to make this right.

Great Searvice

Upon entering the store i was greeted right away and was just looking for a pair of sun glasses while i was trying them on the staff was very helpful and when asked there opinion they were there with either a nod of head saying no or 2 thumbs up and a fantastic sense of humor so i would recommend the store at midtown because I was treated like a person

The sales people are very knowledgeable…

The sales people are very knowledgeable of the products. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions took the time to show me different styles to more fit my face. I was at the midtown store in Saskatoon.

Would be 0 stars. Took my ray ban glasses back that are still under warranty only to be told they wouldn’t do a things as it was accidental damage ! The glasses have stretched so large that my head must have grown to triple the size without my knowing in order for them to fit me. Refused to do anything other than warm up the plastic and hope it held. Left a few hours as advised to let them cool down. And what a surprise still too large. WAs intending to buy more glasses today at least another 2 pairs but after the awful customer service i won’t ever buy from here again ! Absolutely shocking behaviour lack of customer service and rudeness I’m surprised sellers like ray ban even use a site like this to under value their brand name with such a shoddy response when an item is clearly still in warranty and only been on 1 holiday before they went extremely loose. Won’t buy ray ban again and certainly won’t use this crap shop either ! Buy else where !’

Customers being turned way Birmingham City Centre

Was shopping in Birmingham City Centre . Was not allowed to enter the shop because the shop was “full to capacity” . Less than ten people in the shop . All three assistants came to me and said go elsewhere . Unbelievable service as if they didn’t want customers in the shop.
First time I went to a shop to be told to go away ! Need new staff !!!!!!!

Sunglass Hut and its delivery partner…

Sunglass Hut and its delivery partner VEHO are the worst. Nothing good can come of buying from them. Ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, veho was at the gate where I live (they photographed it) and texted me for the access code which was clearly printed on the label. I texted it anyway within a minute of their text (what would have happened if I was unavailable to answer the text, or busy doing other things). But still no package, they just left. This is the 3rd issue I've had with this carrier. Same asking for the gate code when its printed on the label. I don't think they speak or read english so that's a problem from the get-go.

I called sunglass hut who were NO help at all. They told me after waiting several days they might be able to send a replacement but no refund!!! (And who might the carrier be on that replacement - VEHO?? and why would I want to do business with sunglass hut after this). And that I should call the carrier. I SHOULD CALL THE CARRIER! Veho does not have a working phone number, you can only text which they will not answer. How is this my responsibility? Sunglass hut hired these incompetents to deliver for them.

Save yourself the aggravation, loss of money and valuable time. Companies like this should be sued and not be allowed to prey on hard-working customers. After reading how many times VEHO says they delivered packages but customers never received, I think they're running a real scam. I will try to recover my money but in the meantime, I will report to every agency there is. Sunglass Hut and Veho - zero stars

Does not support chairity partners

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Sunglass Hut, as it feels like they are avoiding paying out to charity partners.

I made a purchase through Easyfundraising specifically so my chosen charity would benefit. I followed the correct process, clicked through properly, didn’t use any third-party sites or discount codes, and even went as far as placing the order again when I realised I might not have clicked the link the first time. I returned the original item purely to ensure everything was done correctly.

Despite all of that, the donation has not been honoured.

It’s frustrating enough when things don’t track properly, but this now feels like a pattern of avoiding charity payouts. I went out of my way to make sure the purchase qualified, so there’s really no justification for it not being recognised.

If you’re buying from Sunglass Hut expecting to support a charity through these schemes, I wouldn’t rely on it.

From past experience i never order…

From past experience i never order anything before I read reviews first.
I decided to go with purchase from sunglasshut even with quite a few bad ones as it was a good deal and only one with blue mirrored polarised lenses.
Ordered on Saturday and it was supposed to arrive Tuesday but arrived 1 day early.
Had 1-2 misleading emails from Evri on day of delivery(will be re-delivered next day) but 30 min later email was saying ready to collect.
Ordered 2nd pair now as mine are now wife's belongings...

Terrible customer service first and last time ordering

Terrible customer service do not order from here.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses last Saturday as a member of my family gave me a discount code to use. I used PayPal as checkout and it automatically put the order through without me putting the correct shipping address. I emailed straight away to say I needed this changing then I rang first thing Monday morning as they are closed over the weekend. No help what so ever I was told that I needed to tell the courier not them as it was to late baring in mind my order said a further week to be delivered. I also asked if I could swap the sunglasses as I changed my mind, apparently this couldn’t be done either & the they will not let me use the code if I was to change. I’ve had emails back and forth saying the same thing. I then went to the courier to change it and they’ve said to contact the seller! I’m still yet to receive them being told ‘we hope’ you receive the sunglasses isn’t good enough for designer pairs of glasses this customer service is horrendous. Will not be ordering from them again.

Returned my order to Sunglass Hut over…

Returned my order to Sunglass Hut over 2.5 months ago and followed their instructions fully.

It now appears that UPS may have lost the parcel and is prepared to accept liability — but only if Sunglass Hut submits a claim. Instead of resolving this, Sunglass Hut support has been telling me the claim was “rejected,” when in reality no claim was ever properly filed.

I’m now left without the items or the refund, which is completely unacceptable.

Due to the lack of resolution and misleading information provided, I am now considering pursuing legal action to recover my loss.
Very disappointing experience overall.

30-year Ray-Ban customer. Recent experience with Sunglass Hut was disappointing.

Two pairs of Ray-Ban Reverse sunglasses developed scratches on the inside of the lenses, which I would not expect from a premium product.

I took one pair to the Doncaster store. My partner bought a replacement pair but they were the wrong size. Staff advised her to refund them and reorder online that day while the sale was still on, and provided sizing guidance.

Unfortunately the sizing advice was incorrect. When she contacted the store the next morning (after the sale had ended), no solution was offered. Customer service was also unable to assist with the lens damage.

Incorrect advice, scratched lenses, and no practical resolution.

After three decades buying Ray-Ban, I expected better.

Sunglass Hut has the worst return…

Sunglass Hut has the worst return policy ever. I had them ship four pairs to me that weren’t available in store. I ended up keeping one and tried to return the others in the store the same day, only to find out they had to be shipped back instead. After sending them back, I was told it could take a minimum of 15 days before I might see the refund. 😑

This was my first time ordering from…

This was my first time ordering from this company online and it will definitely be my last.

I selected home delivery, yet my order was shipped somewhere else entirely. I then had to waste my own time contacting customer service to investigate the issue, only to be told to contact the courier myself. After further back and forth, I discovered that SGH had actually shipped the item to a different address.

Despite providing proof of the address I entered, they still refused to take accountability and instead continued to claim it was my fault. The lack of responsibility and support from their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I strongly advise NOT to shop here!

Amazing customer service

Visited the Covent Garden - Rayban Meta specialist store - Sadiq was extremely helpful as I had some questions about a latest HD update. He was so patient and helpful and spent a full hour helping me with various problems I was having with my videos. Amazing customer service.

 went to replace my damaged sunglasses using the insurance I purchased, and it turned into a nightmare. The employee who sold me the insurance originally put it on the wrong pair. I bought Burberry sunglasses and agreed to the insurance because they were expensive. While finishing the purchase, he suggested a second pair for my girlfriend at a discount, so I bought Ray-Bans for her but declined insurance on those. Because of his mistake, they had to void the entire transaction to move the insurance to the correct pair. A manager came, voided it, and left. Then the new transaction wouldn’t process due to a $1.28 sales tax difference, which I agreed to pay. After that, they tried charging a $59 deductible even though the warranty clearly stated $19.99. After a long argument and another employee getting involved, I paid extra just to leave. Terrible experience. I won’t return to Sunglass Hut

Promo Code Not Valid after Return on New Order

UPDATE: I emailed them with the email that was attached to the replies below and they got back to me with a new promo code that worked for my order!

My $30 off promo code for meta glasses that I had to return no longer works. I don't understand why this is. I had to return due to it not fitting and wanting to purchase a different model. However when trying to use the $30 off promo code that I used for the returned Meta glasses, it says that it's not valid.

I have bought may sun glasses from sun…

I have bought may sun glasses from sun glass hut, the many glass screen gets peeled, everytime within warranty also have to argue , fight and get it replaced from local store, this time i went to ask about one of DOLCE and gabbana shade, as usual, the store manager, replied so weirdly as if it doesnt matter, mr, nagraj he is.

As a client what should be done with the glass if the lens is damaged and color of frame is gone, and its not u der warranty this time
