Excellent customer service..but unfortunate incident that the sunglasses had a manufacturing defect. None the less, a hassle free way of handling this unfortunate incident. So overall a good experience.

I payed with my card and still got an invoice from Klarna. Still not solved and hours on the phone.

Klarna invoice Yes, but No sunglasses delivered to me after 2 weeks
I placed two orders for Raybans on sunglasses-shop.se on Dec.17 and Dec.19. and I got the emails of delivery and Klarna invoice on Dec.18 and Dec 20.The glasses were sent by post. Up til now, I have got no glasses delivered to me whatsoever, and no response from sungglasses-shop.se to my email of inquiry after two workdays.
Does holiday time mean bad service? Very unpleasant shopping experience.

Delivery on time
The delivery was on time time within 4 days and The Sunglasses were original D&G with warranty. They should offer more sunglasses though as the collection is a bit small compared to other sites.
