Oprofessionellt, usel kundkontakt, oärligt, verklighetsfrånvänt. Det är det värsta företag jag har stött på. De vill att vi ska betala för en dömd brottslings bilbokningar! Vår post blev stulen för 3 år sedan, och i posten fanns nyckelkortet till sunfleet bilen. Posten stals från en brevbärare. Tjuven övertalade kundtjänsten på sunfleet att låta honom boka bilar, och de skickade fakturan för hans bokningar till oss. Vi bestred fakturan, polisen var till och med i kontakt med sunfleet. Nu kom en faktura, 3 år senare, till oss. Vi var dessutom i kontakt med dem när det kom notifieringar om bokningar vi inte gjort, gjorde polisanmälan etc. Helt otroligt, jag är så förbannad och less. Av andras recensioner att döma lär ju det vara omöjligt att komma i kontakt med dem, eller så struntar de helt enkelt i detta.

This company has terrible customer service! After being a customer with Sunfleet for a year and a half they pushed enrollment for their new service M explaining Sunfleet would no longer be operating. After agreeing to enroll in the newly branded M service and using it for a few months I realized that Sunfleet had still been sending me bills for the discontinued service. After calling customer service they explained there were hundreds of complaints about this but it could only be handled by the finance department. Finance sent me straight to collections and their reply to why they couldn’t remove the bills was because they had sold the invoice to collections already. I honestly believe they were smiling as they said it. I really want to like this company and service but can’t make myself. I wish BMW DriveNow was still in town, stay away from Sunfleet!!!!
