DO NOT BUY! Received my product a few weeks ago and can say i am extremely disappointed and will definitely not recommend purchasing for this company. Pieces of wood snapped whilst building our bin store, parts of wood don’t fit together, loads of screws missing and the doors of the bin store don’t close and quit honestly it looks awful. I have contacted customer service who are only interested in arguing and not listening to a word you have to say. No compensation given at all. Can certainly say please do not buy from this company and save your money. AVOID!!

The gazebo kit arrived quickly, and was easy to install. It looks great, and does exactly what we wanted- all my friends want one now! 😁

Haven’t even put the shed up yet but already disappointed.
Booked delivery for 15th, requested safe place which was advised, tracking provided…no delivery! Tracking was absolutely useless.
Rang the business on 16th and told them we had no delivery, they contacted courier who said they’d delivered it. No knock on door, no ringing of bell? Checked designated safe place, nothing there. Checked front door, the courier had thrown the delivery on the front lawn and left.
Terrible courier service, will not buy from here again based solely on delivery issue.
Will review shed once it’s put up.

Purchased a gazebo, instruction leaflet was appalling not helpful rang for advice, after sales couldn’t help even admitting instructions were useless, we couldn’t get the polycarbonate roof to fit after many many tries it just would not fit! Returned gazebo and been offered £239 out of the £539 we paid … all we did was try to assemble it now they are saying it’s no longer new ! Don’t use this company they have no idea about their products . Also charging us £84 for the return of a defective product.

Do not buy this rubbish!!! The instructions are shocking, 27 PAGES says it all!! It showed diagrams of parts already used before, duplicate numbers of parts, it would be easier to build a rocket than a greenhouse. I have built many things before but after 6hrs, 3 of us were stumped. The self tapping screws block other parts being fitted, they stick through the frame making then dangerous. I have undone the 1 side we manged to put together and it is going to the tip. Even if we did ever get it built there is no way it would with stand wind. We had to tape the panels in just so they stayed put while putting it together!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

The service was good, speedy delivery, regular email updates on progress etc. However the bin store we ordered is very poor quality. The bolts already are broken after 3 weeks, and the timber is very flimsy. We have put it together otherwise we would return it. Recommend the company but not the product.

Not much help on website and when i tried to use their “contact us” system to help me correctly specify my purchase it told me my message was “spam? Pretty hopeless I’m afraid.

Easy ordering and quick turnaround. Well packaged and easy to track delivery to make sure I was here to receive it. Good quality product (greenhouse staging) and a better price by going direct. This is the second one I have bought.

We purchased our bin store with a little trepidation as the website was less than easy to navigate and looked a little retro (sorry guys) but all was well and the rest of the experience was excellent.

They sent me a faulty greenhouse, that was poor quality, and not fit for purpose. They charged me to send it back, and then did not give me a full refund, claiming that I sent it back in poor condition. Read the other reviews on here, I am not the first person that they have done this to. Their customer service and after sales support is non-existent.
There is a genuine reason why this company ranked 62 out of 64. You can tell the sort of company you are dealing with by the patronising responses to the negative reviews on this very site.

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DONT PURCHASE A STEEL SHED FROM SUMMER GARDEN BUILDINGS they are very poor quality products of ultra light weak steel and do not come with a warranty. The Apex Metal Shed 378 which I purchased in August had its flimsy sliding doors which were secured with a lock blown in by the recent storms and it ended up with the whole front of the shed being damaged to a severe degree. I have had to replace the whole shed but will never buy any product from Summer Garden Buildings again.
