After very long drive, disappointed to find dirty pool, also cold as the pool cover can only be operated by the owner. Also, nowhere to store food in the tiny kitchen. Otherwise quite nice, although they had to change the villa at the last minute as the pool heater didn’t work in the original.

Dont be fooled, this is crap
we arrived in 15 of july it was very hot oustide
there is no AC or even fans, our kids were sweating and crying, the apportment look very old and worn, not something 4 star or anything near it.
after 1 hour in the room we decided to leave and check out - surpringly they refused to refund anything from our 3 nights booking, but on top of it they charged us 60 Euro for cleaning of a room we didnt use... feel like i fell into a scam there

You arrived, as you say on 15th July, which was this year, very hot.
You are right, the apartments at Provence Country Club do not have air conditioning; hardly any homes or apartments in that part of France do. The locals keep their shutters closed during the day and open at night.
We have spoken with the Club's managers, and they have indeed confirmed that you decided not to stay. They tell us that you are the only customers who have decided not to stay this year.

Having had to lose our June booking…
Having had to lose our June booking this year, with lockdowns in Europe, and received a voucher, Zak was very reassuring and full of information and help when we called to book for September 2021. He also organised exactly where we like to be on the Domaine. We will try to pretend 2020 didn't happen but were reassured should there be further problems, we can change our dates yet again. All in all, the service and attention to details could not have been better.
