Terrible company
Terrible company, refuses to give refunds when an event is cancelled and seems happy to keep your money. Very difficult to contact very unfair terms and conditions…. Beware

Terrible company with NO customer service
This company does not care about their customers - the tent had broken zips and no toilets, showers or pamper tent nearby as was advertised - even the company owner spoke with us at the event yet after complaining they have ignored us
Truly overpriced accommodation that bears no resemblance to what is advertised and certainly NO recourse if you’re unhappy - 3 of the 5 tents at a recent event complained with no reply at all
Next step is something I don’t wish to do but their complete lack of customer service means I’m left with no choice
I’ll never use them again and I would willingly let anyone that asks what actually transpired

Poor experience and customer service
Zero responsibility taken for deflating airbeds, mouldy bell tents and puddles within the tent itself. Customer service is terrible as well. The bedding we ordered in advance wasn’t readily available on arrival either and we waited hours. Not glamping at all. Communication with this company is awful. I have twice chased for a response and been told thanks for my feedback.

Fantastic customer service
After we had a lot of trouble getting to speak with another Glamping company over a rental problem at Vegan Camp Out 2023, we went with Summer Belles. They couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to show they cared about our experience, They never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, despite this being their busiest season. I can't praise them enough or recommend them more. Thanks to them, we had a great time. Thank you Todd and Summer Belles. (P)
