I went to collect my suit after alterations and a fitting only to get home and notice the tie was missing. I emailed Suit supply right away, a week later I get a auto response asking if I still need assistance (Obviously I do, you haven't assisted me yet). Still waiting for my reply I went to the store today almost 2 weeks later only to have them not believe me. An absolute con really. Unfortunately this sits on the back of having to wait 40 minutes in the store to be seen in the first place which just compounds the poor level of service.

The size passport is useless since it cannot be used for orders that are not custom-made.
The first suit from the shop on Brienner Straße in Munich was completely wrinkled, and when I asked about it, I was simply told that it had been stored incorrectly.
The fit was okay, but not ideal. That was partly because the pinning and fitting process was only done moderately well.

I would ask Suitsupply not to respond with a generic request to contact customer service, as I have already spent days attempting to contact both the store and customer service through emails, whatsapp, phone calls and messages without receiving a single reply.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Suitsupply Lime Street, particularly as this was my wedding suit.
I placed my made-to-measure order on 13 April 2026. During the appointment, I carefully selected the fabric together with the sales associate and even took a photograph of the fabric swatch we agreed upon.
On 8 May 2026, I received an email stating that my suit was ready for collection. However, there were no available collection appointments until 25 May. When I attended the store, I explained that my wedding was only days away and that I urgently needed the suit before 30 May. The staff agreed that the suit would be posted to my home address once the alterations were completed.
Instead, I received another automated email stating that the suit was ready for collection. I then spent several days attempting to contact the store by telephone, email, voicemail, WhatsApp and text message. Not a single one of these attempts received a response.
As a result, I had no choice but to travel to the store and collect the suit myself.
After getting home, I discovered that the suit appears to have been made in a different fabric from the one I selected during my appointment. I have a photograph of the original fabric swatch that was agreed upon, and the fabric code differs from the one used for the finished suit. The confirmation email did not contain the fabric code, so there was no opportunity for me to identify or correct the error before production.
Mistakes can happen. What I find unacceptable is the complete lack of communication throughout the process. I was unable to obtain any response despite repeated attempts across multiple channels, all while trying to prepare for my wedding.
For a premium tailoring company, I expected significantly better attention to detail, communication and customer service. Instead, this experience created unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time. I am left with a suit that appears not to match the fabric I selected and no confidence that my concerns will be addressed, given the complete lack of response from the store.

I ordered a gift card online. They cancelled the order and never alerted me. And have not refunded me the money. Been on hold forever and no one picks up their service line. And the only reply I've gotten from sending them multiple emails is that they cannot find any order under my name so they are not able to help. Never order anything online from this company, there is no support and their gift cards are a scam.

Non existent customer service, 6 emails sent no reply for well over a week. WhatsApp service also no one human, just a useless bot. Something is going very wrong at the company. Suit was also tailored wrong, so have had to go back in store again to try and get it sorted. They desperately need to sort their operations out asap.

Avoid like the plague. Ordered a suit. Arrived well. I didn’t like it so returned it. Suit Supply claim to have only received the jacket and haven’t refunded me for the trousers. Trying to get hold of their customer service is impossible. Hours in telephone queues only for calls to be terminated before being answered and WhatsApp goes ignored

I had a great buying experience. Then the tuxedo was not shipped to me for a month. SuitSupply's customer service was non-responsive. I eventually called the Boston store directly and got terrific help from Bishop, who searched their backrooms and found my tuxedo. It was delivered overnight. THANK YOU, BISHOP!!

Customer Service is completely unresponsive. I have emailed, called and sent text via WhatsApp. Never any response. They never acknowledged receiving a return of items grossly misdescribed on website. Will never use them again. US buyers beware and avoid this merchant. You will end up stuck in dead end AI chatbot hell….I read the reply and in fact DID call the customer service number and no one ever answered…was on hold forever. Just issue the refund and stop claiming you can’t find my order…I’ve sent repeatedly the email from SuitSupply acknowledging the return. All to no avail. Useless.

After being recommended suit supply by many friends i was indeed pleased to find that they really did have the great quality of materials my freinds spoke of.. But having said that the cut of the suit was really not what i expected, it looks cheap and doesnt fit well at all. And i asked around and found that many people shared the same veiws. Think twice before spending a small fortune on your new suit.

Hello! I've bought products in the past from this company and the experience was OK and I thought to buy from Suitsupply again. However this time it's going terrible so far. My order (Order nr: 04153181991) is already late (according to their estimated time of arrival) and nobody is responding my messages via email or WhatsApp for days. I only get some completely useless AI/auto replies. I don't even have a tracking number for my order yet!!! It's the first time having such a bad experience! I am honestly hoping to get some help with my order, otherwise the next step I'm thinking to do is to apply for a chargeback with my Bank.

First time customer; had heard good things and ordered a few pieces. Unfortunately, none worked out. First, their system didn't allow me to start a return. It took several days of unanswered texts and emails and finally a 30-min call before someone could confirm my return.
Then, weeks after the return was shipped, I got a notice that I had been issued as store credit. Return policy clearly stated my purchase was eligible for a refund. Attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful so far. It sounds like their service used to be high quality, but that no longer seems to be the case. I won't be purchasing from Suit Supply again.

Visited the Vigo Street store. Explained that I'm normally a 34 waist. Lady insisted on a 36 waist with an initial alteration for 3cm off the waist. After another fitting, a second alteration was required for an additional 4cm off the waist. So despite stating that my trouser size is 34, I'd been sold a 36 waist with two sets of alterations that bring it down to a 33 waist? But the rest of the trousers remains 36 proportions despite being altered as much as possible to correct the taper and an overly baggy seat.
Overall really disappointed and it's not a suit I will ever wear. I'm in the market for a new wedding suit now, and I guess can't return this one due to the significant alterations.
I'm sure customer experience varies hugely in a store with such high throughput but for my part, I couldn't recommend it to anyone. A complaint email has gone unanswered as well.
Update: after several calls and emails a full refund has now been issued.

This is unreal. If you make a mistake on the address they cannot cancel the order. In addition they have the WORST customer service I have seen in a long time. I literally placed the order and realized it populated w the same shipping and billing address. Called in and they could not change it. Their answer is unreal. They cannot change an address to another state. I highly advise against using them online. They then have the worst wait time, phone people and you will never get a manager to speak to.Their solution is that it will have to just wait and see what happens.
