Sugar Sync refuses to stop billing my credit card after I terminated service.

SugarSync is an outstanding cloud based back up program in real time. I love the feature that allows me to create a link to share large files with ease. Best program I’ve used! I have used SugarSync for many years and highly recommend it.

Excellent service. Quick and competent

Easy to access your files when you need and very safety when you make mistake you need to recover file. I definitely recommend for any businesses.

The product is maintained to provide the best experience for the user. When there is a problem, the support team actually went straight to programming and fixed the bug. I am so impressed.

IF I could give ZERO I would. I got an email that they couldn't use my CC for payment, and they deleted all my content in 3 days! I contacted them within a week (when I checked my email) and they had nothing. They just flushed away all the data I entrusted them with. HORRIBLE, NO GOOD company.

Support was awesome., as a decade ling customer i was suprised to need support but i broke the system and they stayed with me until it was fixed.

Product is getting a little long in the tooth but definitely works snd solves my problem better then the box or msft answers.

Sugarsync deleted and purged all my data after just six months when my email changed and credit card expired. No warning, no attempts to contact my other email address or phone. 15 yrs of photos and key documents lost. Never use Sugarsync.

No updates from May 17, 2022 and still working but it is a pain especially if you are using it with files on Mac OS with Mx machines.
Sugarsync is no more compliant with OsX specifications so leave it before it begins to be a mess as it is for me. many versions of my disks on different machines. So I dont know where are my latest files versions. Then moving to another cloud is painfull.

Too many folders with same name I have to hunt down what I’m looking for

SugarSync took money from me every month for over ten YEARS, but deleted my data after my card expired while I was in the hospital. DON'T TRUST THESE FOLKS.

Does exactly what I want it to do over many different devices at an affordable rate. Great cloud service.

SugarSync is the most important service I have. I am a writer and my files are constantly backed up, safe, and synchronized across all of my devices. Their support is first-class and I would never use any other service.

I have used SugarSync for years, decades and love the cloud storage of my photographs. Easy to sort them with folders. I highly recommend.

Lost all of our data during Hurricane Helene, have been a paying customers for years, but no response as of yet to our request for help. Hopefully this review will get their attention. Disappointing.

Even though I bought a six month supply (6 bottles), they automatically charge your credit card and they send another six month supply MONTHLY!
The package comes without any identification of what it contains nor company information on the package.
I refused and returned the package to the post office.
I called the number listed on my credit card statement and they would not refund because I didn’t call and get an “authorization” code! But how would you know what it is and who to call without any of that information!
The way I see that is a convenient way to keep your money with no accountability or company integrity.

I think Sugar Sync is an excellent tool

Luis M was absolutely fantastic!! He troubleshot my issues and went to repair them right away. He was very patient, knowledgeable and accurate. As an employer myself, I always seek people like Luis to work on my team. What a benefit to SugarSync.

Because I rely on SugarSync to sync my files, I seldom have to actually do tasks, which can be a problem. However, your tech support representative was knowledgeable, patient, and solved my problem 100%. Thank you.
