I’m sorry, but this company is bad for many reasons. First, it took a while to come. Second, when I got it all of the gummies were stuck together. I’m not gonna blame the person who packaged it because it might’ve been during the delivering process but i honestly can’t even separate the gummies. Lastly, there was a very little amount of gummies. In the videos, she puts a lot of gummies but when you order… it’s the opposite so I would not recommend to buy from this place!

I placed an order on 19th December 2020 and I have received no emails, nothing. The website seemed like it got took down but now is back up but still nothing

Having ordered previously with success in early 2020 I placed an order for Christmas in December and revived the confirmation email. Nothing has arrived, all emails bounce back, no response on social media and no other means to contact them. I'm pursuing a refund through my bank but given how little information they provide on their emails this is likely to not be successful.

Ordered from this company for next day delivery. The money left my account but I had no order confirmation, their site is now down and their email address bounces back. This is definitely a scam site so please avoid!

Ordered a gift 3 weeks ago, received a confirmation email and the money left my account. Since then I have had no further communication from the seller nor have I received my items. I have attempted to email but received an automated mail delivery failed message. The message forum on the website doesn't work, and the Facebook page has been removed so I have no other way to contact them. I'm guessing I am probably not going to receive my items nor the money paid for them. Either the company no longer exists or it is a scam, either way, the website should be taken down to prevent this from happening to others. I wish I did my research first.

Great service and great experience. After placing my order I read the other reviews on here and got worried. I contacted the company and after airing my views I realised that I had no reason to worry. I received a reply a few minutes after my original email which explained everything and also went some of the way to explain why others had left bad reviews (unjustly in my opinion). The sweets were delivered a few hours later and are excellent. Fresh, well wrapped and definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend

Ordered some sweets two weeks ago, paid for next day delivery and they still have not arrived. Sent their customer service multiple emails but haven't received a reply. Their Facebook page has been removed and their Instagram page has gone private. Looking like a scam, don't not give these people your money!!!

Shockingly Bad!!

Placed an order as a gift almost 1 month ago and it hasn't been delivered.

I have emailed several times and received no response, I have messaged on Facebook several times and received no response.

I have even directly messaged the company director personally and been completely ignored!

Avoid this company!

I'm writing here as a last resort because two weeks of emails have gone answered, the phone number doesn't get answered and when I've messaged on their Instagram they delete my comments. I placed a small order with them and paid for next day delivery. Nothing has turned up, and I can't get through to anyone. This is the second time I've ordered from them and had a delay with no communication. I don't know what is so difficult about replying to an email
