Excellent first experience with Sugar. I’d never really heard of them as I’m in Canada, but the sale was so good I had to take a chance. I placed my order on March 7 and it arrived March 11…pretty amazing as it was shipped from Italy. It was extremely well packaged too. I would definitely order from Sugar again. 10/10

I was a little unsecure about ordering…but
I was a little unsecure about ordering from this company at first. But after reading some reviews I did place an order. After 1 and half day the status was still not changed to shipped, so I gave them a call. They are so friendly and helpful. Order was sent the next day from Italy and I had it within 24 hours in Sweden.

Very Bad experience over charge fees for exchange and return and they make it difficult and very poor customers service

Very pleased with my items.
I have purchased from Sugar before as they were selling an item I'd been looking for and couldn't believe the price as the item was the sale. The item arrived in two days of purchasing which i thought was fantastic as it came from Italy. I decided to get the same item in a different colour and was happy to see the sale had been extended, I would definitely be purchasing items from Sugar again, would highly recommend.

Brilliant boutique. Had the item I wanted at the lowest price I'd seen. Arrived in the UK from Italy in only one day (!!!). Customer service were polite and replied quickly when they reached out with a query about the delivery address. Won't hesitate to order from Sugar again.

First experience purchasing from Sugar, it’s been great, order today shipped out the next day, delivered within 3-4 days during new year eve, product is definitely brand new and authentic, will definitely purchase again in the future, do note that tax and duties is not included in the price, I had to pay another $85sgd upon delivery from DHL for my order that value at €447, still cheaper than purchasing from my local Balmain store.

A Paradise
I celebrated my 60th birthday at Sugar Beach Mauritius, Front Beach. The location was perfect: peaceful, bright, with a priceless view. The resort is very beautiful and spacious, yet never crowded. The cuisine offers both local and international dishes, with nothing to criticize.
All the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. There was not a single person who did not deserve my gratitude for the exceptional courtesy shown on every occasion. The resort is a small paradise in terms of beauty, cleanliness, atmosphere, and attentiveness.
A special mention goes to the Mare restaurant and its entire team, who are always kind and welcoming. The Mare restaurant overlooks the ocean, where you can breathe in a truly magical atmosphere and enjoy excellent food. In short, a great success. I would go back tomorrow. Thank you.

Tried contacting this company 2 times through their website, and still no reply, purchased a silver Marc Jacobs bag, and paid delivery also £46 in tax and customs, which I didn't mind, it was packaged well, but when I got it out of the bag, the front logo was full of scratches, which would have been said like that as there was nothing in the bag to cause the damage, I'm very upset and disappointed as I collect these snapshot bags, and take great care at looking after them, if I had wanted a scratched item I would have bought second hand much cheaper, if I sent it back, I've got to pay postage and I won't get the £46, back for the tax and customs payment, won't be buying off this company again, I think this bag was the last on the website, as they are not selling it anymore
