Not Great…
I’d recommend you use Amazon or a larger company with proper Track & Trace.
Shipping took longer than anticipated.
Customer service was a joke. I first waited 35 minutes for someone to pickup the phone to have them only speak French and hang up on me when they couldn’t understand.
I then called again, waited for another 20 minutes before someone picked up and they were unable to give me any information about my order. Telling me, just wait.
The quality of the product seems alright but the shipping was so inefficient I won’t be using Subtel anymore.

We're sorry you were no satisfied.
You decided not to have a tracking number by choosing a more economical method of shipment that didn't include one. There may have been delays in the transport for which we apologize. We take many calls everyday and we don't let people wait on purpose. The agents for Belgium all speak english fluently and we don't hang up on anyone. The french speaking agents will transfer the calls to dutch speaking ones if needed and vice-versa.

Perfect product, fair price but a little problem with the "ship to" address that was unfortunately wrongly transferred to the shipment ticket.
