Never arrived
I ordered a battery for my Huawei P20. It never arrived and Subtel just told me to wait another week. Meanwhile my battery is expanding in my phone so I went to a repair shop. It was way more expensive but at least it's fixed now.

We sent you an order confirmation on the 9th of August at 20:34. Check your spams maybe it ended up there. There is no tracking number because you yourself chose a shipment method without tracking.

I never received it! I wrote back but got no answer!
ok. now received. Since the domain name ended as ".be" I supposed It would come from Belgium (faster) instead it comes from Berlin Germany and that takes much longer. That was not made clear!

I ordered two batteries that were never delivered by GLS. I contacted Subtel and received a new order at no extra costs, this time delivered by UPS, a couple of days later. Great service!
