Appalling sizing/colour error and zero customer service accountability
Ordered a size XXS "Cream" sequin wings sweatshirt. What arrived was an entirely different fabric (grey marl with a beige tint) and when laid flat it measures 25 inches armpit to armpit. That's a whopping 50-inch total chest circumference (structurally a Men's XXL/3XL) yet labelled XXS. When compared side-by-side with a standard Gant XS sweatshirt manufactured in the same country (Turkey), the Subdued XXS completely dwarfs it. Despite providing photographic evidence and hard measurements, their customer service team "Alex" refuses to acknowledge this blatant mislabelling as a fault, hiding behind the excuse of a "style choice" to avoid providing a prepaid return label. They expect customers to pay a £12 international return fee for their error. The item is not at all as described. I have given 24 hours to issue a prepaid label and a shipping code for the error, or I will initiate a bank chargeback. Shocking customer care that clearly preys on their teenage demographic hoping they won't know their statutory rights. Avoid.

Size recommendations should be fixed
I love my hoodie but i went with size 36, because thats what the site recommended for my height and weight but i should have definitely went with 32/34 because this hoodie is hugeee on me.
