Both packages were securely wrapped and delivered withiin a week.

I ordered Crocs Hello KItty Jibbitz sets on two separate occasions (april 16 and 22). Both were securely wrapped and delivered withiin a week. The confirmation email provided a GLS track-and-trace link to follow the parcels online. Satisfied Customer.

Bought a carhartt blue and white fleece last night, money was taken out of my bank account but I still haven’t got a confirmation email from them. I have checked my spam and all folders but still nothing? Avoid.

Not even 1 star worthy

Not even 1 star worthy. But I ordered a t-shirt on Zalando and got a tracking number. It would be delivered within 3-5 days. More than a week later after I received the tracking number, the package is still not a the delivery service. Spoke to Zalando and they will take care of it for me.

Reminder, always look if you buy at Zalando or a partner

DON’T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

DON’T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a couple of t-shirts here a while back. Returned two of them, got a refund for only one. I emailed their customer service about it, asked them if the package was damaged. They said it wasn’t, made it seem like I was crazy for thinking I returned two items. Scamming buyers is how they make their money and keep prices low. Be aware.

Edit: their reply says it all.

We have informed you last year about your return, that we have only received one article back.
We have checked this again in the warehouse, the file corresponds to the number of purchased, sold and returned items.
These two items were not included in the return shipment.

The amount what we have refunded is of the article what we have received back.

Order at your own risk

I ordered 2 pants and one shirt from adidas. Only the two pants came, and the shirt was missing. So i contacted them to ask if there was a second shipment coming. They said they will investigate if the package has been fully sent and will get back to me.

BUT then i got this email: We checked it in our warehouse and the package has been fully sent. But we wil make an 'exeption' for you to refund your money. (what do you mean exeption???)

Soooo theres a chance that you wont get your order fully and that you wont get your money back cause they think you stole it.

Stylefile if you are reading this: you guys need better ways, foolproof ones, to check if all items have been sent. Cause otherwise this will happen again and people won't get the items they paid for.

EDIT: see this reply below is what I'm talking about. I'm telling you I didn't receive it in full so there's something going wrong somewhere. Please have another look Stylefile, otherwise you'll risk this happening again with someone else. I got my refund, but I'm also not ordering again. Sorry.

Thank you for your revieuw.

You have told us that you have not received the full order, but our system shows and so does your delivery note in the parcel that all 3 articles should be in the parcel.

It might be that the article was forgotten to be packed in the parcel, due to this reason we checked this in the warehouse, and asked you to sign the declaration that you have not received the full parcel.
Normaly IF something is been forgotten to be packed and shipped to the client, the warehouse sees that in the system and resend the article to the client.
In your case, the parcel was shipped fully with all three articels, you received an parcel without any damage, the inventory in the system matches the number of items purchased, sold and re-turned. So there was nothing else left then to say to you that we will make an exception (Eventhough the system proof that you must have received the order comoletly) to refund you the amount of the article which you mentioned was not included.

You have received the amount of the article, if you need that article you can place an new order.
It is not that we have sended you half of the order and have taken the full order amount,.

Please reread the email the customerservice has sended to you, there is not written that you have stolen the article, if you assume this from the email, we would appologies for it.

Service and delivery dates do not match

Placed an order on Tuesday where the delivery date would've been between 4-6 bussiness days. Got a notification on Friday that order would be "slightly delayed". I Asked for a timeframe in which I could expect the package. And I got the response they couldn't provide that.

First time I ordered from this store!

Before you leave a bad review check your spam box... I read some reviews before ordering on this site but I only saw bad ones, I've never ordered something from this store but that didn't stop me from buying something. I live in the Netherlands. I ordered Vans on the 19th of August and they arrived today the 26th of August! So fast! It took them 4 working days to process it :) I'm really happy with my shoes and I will definitely order again if I'm in need of new ones. I absolutely recommend this store. Thank you so much Stylefile!

Very bad service

Very bad service. I didn’t receive an order confirmation (mail) after buying shoes.

I have contacted Stylefile few times at Instagram and Facebook and I also sent messages in a mail. They are ignoring me the whole time. What a *** bad service!!! Don’t sell something. Very bad service😡😡

I ordered this morning a pair of onitsuka tiger and i did not receive a confirmation order and nothing at all.I am a police officer in Rotterdam and i will start an investigation for scammers.
If we don't receive the shoes then will be trouble.
60.90 euro .You better send them

Wrong name on package

Stylefile sent my package under a wrong name, so of course I never received it. Upon enquiry, they insist that the package has been delivered at the correct adress. So either I don't know where I live, or the package is totally transparent! (I didn't order Harry Potter's cape though!)

Stylefile takes soo long to deliver!!

Stylefile takes sooo long to deliver your shoes!! on the website they say it takes 1-4 days, but it already takes a week and a half for them to confirm your purchase. I wanted them on a specific date so i could wear them for an event. Please don’t make the same mistake i did and buy them someplace else or if you don't mind waiting 2 weeks.. you can also buy then here.

Please note that it is written on the webiste that the delivery time is 2 - 4 buisness days from the moment the parcel is been send, and not from the moment an order is been placed.
Furthermore, buisnessdays are from monday till friday and weekend is not included.
When a parcel is been send on friday, the first buisness day is on monday and not the third cause weekend does not count.

Your parcel was delivered within 2 - 4 buisness days (excluding weekend).

Should be more communicative

I was a bit nervous to order because of the poor reviews but I went ahead and ordered anyway. In their confirmation email they said the item was out of stock so it would be sent a few days later. Although it doesn't make a big difference I wish they had been more transparent and said it was out of stock on the website. The shipment was also delayed twice and I had to contact customer service to get an update. I just think that they should be the ones to communicate because a lot of people will be apprehensive due to the reviews. For the rest there was nothing wrong, my order was shipped and the product is exactly as advertised.

Positively surprised after reading the bad reviews here

After reading all the negative reviews, I was hesitant to order. However, all the responses to these reviews from Stylefile gave me some comfort. I ordered a pair of shoes and everything went perfectly. I could track the order all the way from Germany to my front door. The shoes are exactly as I hoped for a good price, so I am grateful for the service. Keep it up!

Al met al hele goede ervaring. Laat je niet afschrikken door de slechte reviews, zou ik zeggen.

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company. I bought a Birkenstock sandal. I paid 77, 50 Euro. I received the shoes on 25 July but the shoes were defective. I sent them back on the same day. Today 16 August 2018 they did not pay back yet. They have no telephone number. We have only email communications. They find every time a reason they will pay later. Today 16 August 2018 they answered me: Hello ,
many thanks for your E-Mail.
Your shoes are going to be send to Birkenstock for repairance.
It will take about 4 - 5 weeks till we get them back.
So in the meantime, you have to wait, unfortunately we can not do anything about it.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

YOU DO NOT RECEIVE SHOES BUT THEY CAPTURE YOUR MONEY!

never shop from this place. my wife purchased a pair of shoes but they got lost during the shipment. a shipping company admitted and prepared a signed document showing that they got lost. but stylefile.com holding the money and not sending it back. they keep saying that they need some documents from the shipping company but she contacted the shipping company several times. every time they said they provided stylefile.com with all the documents and confirmation at least 2 times! and even they said that she does not need to wait anymore and she should receive her money back ASAP. but stylefile.com keep holding her money. we might consider suing them if we do not receive the money soon enough. this is joke her only fault was to shop from them. they got her money and she got no shoes. worse is they keep holding her money for weeks!! so do not make mistake-never shop from them!

Helaas is het pakket tijdens de bezorging kwijtgeraakt. Jij hebt hierover contact gehad met de klantenservice van GLS Nederland.
Onze zakelijke contact is GLS Duitsland. Nadat deze de benodigde documenten ter beschikking gesteld heeft, en wij deze van jou ondertekend ontvangen hebben, is op jouw verzoek het volledige aankoopbedrag teruggestort op jouw rekening op 6 november jl. De verwerkingstijd van de terugbetaling is 4 tot 6 werkdagen.

Daar vanuit ons het pakket correct en op tijd isverzonden, maar er tijdens het bezorgproces (buiten onze invloed) het pakket zoek is geraakt door GLS, verzoeken wij jou vriendelijk om de beoordeling aan te passen.

Worthless customer service - delays in delivery which they knew would occur: no apologies, quoting general conditions, not updating the delivery estimation on website

Worthless customer service. Ordered on Saturday, a delivery of 2-3 working days was communicated (so 3 working days = Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday meaning it should arrive on Wednesday at the latest). On Wednesday the Track & Trace isn't showing a lot of progress so emailed them to check in. Received a reply that it will arrive on Thursday or Friday (4-5 working days), employee offers no apologies or empathy. Just an explanation that there was a German holiday on Tuesday so nobody was working on that day. Then when inquiring again they say that the delivery estimation on their website is from when they give it to the delivery party which isn't how it works nor is properly communicated online. Then after stating the delivery estimation was 2-3 working days they reply in an email quoting their Terms and Conditions which according to them I should have read - because apparently keeping the website in check with their TOC is too much work.

Do you expect customer service to even show any empathy or apologize for the inconvenience? Definitely don't order here. I'm not saying the customer is king but replying with some basic sympathy would have been appreciated.

My recommendation? Avoid this company as the plague, they don't deserve your money for the lack of service they offer.

In de algemene voorwaarden is te lezen dat de levertijd 2 tot 3 werkdagen bedraagt nadat wij het pakket aan GLS hebben overgedragen voor verzending.

Jij hebt jouw bestelling op zaterdag, 30 september jl. geplaatst. In het weekend zijn wij gesloten.
Wij hebben jouw bestelling op maandag, 2 oktober jl. verwerkt en aan GLS aangeboden voor verzending.
De levertijd bedraagt 2 tot 3 werkdagen nadat wij de bestelling aan GLS hebben overgedragen voor verzending, zie hiervoor nogmaals onze algemene voorwaarden.

Op dinsdag, 3 oktober jl. waren wij gesloten omdat het in Duitsland een officiële feestdag was.

Jouw bestelling is vandaag door GLS Duitsland overgedragen aan het GLS depot in Nederland.
Dat betekent dat jouw bestelling een dezer dagen aan jou wordt afgeleverd.

Jammer dat je ons om die reden negatief beoordeelt, terwijl wij de bestelling op de correcte wijze aan je hebben verstuurd en deze zich inmiddels in het GLS depot in Nederland bevindt.

Good assortment of quality products delivered fast.

I ordered a Adidas tracksuit and a shirt.
One on sale (always nice) and a nice tri-colored shirt.
I know Adidas to have good quality, prices where fair.
But I bought here for the variety they have. The Adidas shirt wasn't even for sale in the official Adidas web-shop! Delivery was fast so no complaints there. All in all was my first order here a good experience.
