Lacking service quality
I had a bad experience. I got my hair cut by Kassim but the outcome was disappointing. The hair in the front of my head didn’t match with the rest and it look like i was wearing a hat. I went there again on the day after and kindly ask for a refund to go to another hairdresser to fix it. I didn’t want to have him redoing it. Azmi, the owner, said 'sometimes there are miscommunications’, which I agreed, but in this case it seems that communication was not the issue but actually the ability/interest to get the cut right. Azmi rudely and bluntly said ‘I can fix it if you want but I am not giving any money back’. I didn’t want to argue, at all, so I just said I was not interested but I'd have to review the service online. I left while he start insulting me as I walked away. It’s unfortunate that as a costumer I had to pay for this.
