Every document for sale for the RELATIVITY ANALYTICS SPECIALIST EXAM is outdated and will not help anyone pass the current test. Every sample exam question document includes questions about "Active Learning" Active learning is no longer a feature in Relativity. It was phased out last year. Someone who has taken the exam would know the proper, current termonology. Outdated materials will not help someone pass a current exam.

I was looking for a low-cost practice…
I was looking for a low-cost practice exam to be able to prepare for the Texas Public Insurance Adjuster's exam. I paid the $16.99 because the sample page looked like the format that I wanted. After paying & getting access, I wanted to download the PDF so that I could possibly print it out to be able to use it for written review. I then saw where once you download it, you are no longer able to request a refund. I decided to gamble & did so. Well, I lost that gamble. The practice exam they have is only 39 questions long & some of the information is incorrect. The actual Texas PIA exam is 100 questions long, so this practice exam is not even comparable. Oh well, live and learn.

Refund is not really refund
I bought a manual, but it wasn't a complete one. It was covering only 23 chapters out of 44. So I requested a refund. The refund went into my Stuvia account so that I can buy another thing there. But the problem is that I'm not going to buy anything there anytime soon or ever.
Conclusion: If you are not completely sure in quality of a material or you are not a recurrent buyer, be ready to lose your money.
EDIT: I got my money back to my CC after writing to their support.

Beware, fraudulent website
I purchased a document with was supposed to have detailed questions and answers with elaborations. On opening the document, only the first 6 pages have content, the rest are empty. On the last page it says I need to click on a link or copy and paste link to download the rest of the material. The link doesn't work. On requesting a refund, the website states that they refund in Stuvia credits. I don't want credits, give me my money back.

This website is misleading
This website is misleading. I purchased what was advertised as a solution manual with step by step solutions, but what I received was only the textbook. There were no solutions included at all.
The product description clearly stated that it contained detailed solutions, which is the main reason I bought it. What I received does not match what was advertised.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this site unless this issue is fixed or a refund is provided.

Scam scam scam, avoid all cost. I purchased AQA 13 June 2025 combined science synergy paper 4. Then I realised it was actually 2023 GCSE paper. They just changed the date. I paid £15 for an old paper I could find on so many websites for free. I want my money back

Too many fake books
Too many fake books. I paid $35 for a book missing half the chapters. They only include the first few chapters to trick you into buying it. A quick search shows that most of these books are available for free.
