After spending months looking for a good GCSE tutor, I’ve found StudyBox to be a fantastic place for my daughter to learn and she has become more confident.

Great team of tutors who take pride & care in their service. Both our children have gained confidence in core subjects & their extra tuition has strengthened key areas they would've perhaps remained weak. The homework set is close or parallel to the school's curriculum; pupils are encourage to do their best where all good effort is rewarded. Working regularly through GCSE material, tackling parts of the curriculum which can present difficulties in exam conditions, has played a fundamental role in our eldest child's excellent results. Well done StudyBox!!

My son enjoyed his time at study box where he was tutored on Maths and English. Tutors really helped him progress on his maths (fractions has been a weak point) and on English helped him improve as well (specifically writing). I recommend.

My daughter attended StudyBox in Sutton for 1 year in preparation for her 11+ examinations. She thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and never saw them as a chore. It was a fun, relaxed atmosphere and very motivating and encouraging. She really increased in confidence during the year and achieved an excellent score in the 11+, securing a place at Nonsuch. She now wants to return to StudyBox for some extra prep prior to Year 7 at Nonsuch!

Studybox have helped my son advance so much in his GCSE English! He is now much more confident and has learnt some really good techniques.

We bought our son here after many months at Explorer Learning where we felt that the feedback being given was not constructive and the lessons lacked consistency and discipline. Even our six year old son felt that he was being given false and incorrect feedback from Explore Learning. As parents we value above all else honest and constructive feedback and we were not looking fir a placebo. From the get go Sam and Bianca have given us a more focused approach on our sons key strengths and areas of weakness. Our son uses StudyBox to supplement what he is learning at school and keep him ahead of new subject matter because he enjoys the sessions. Making the environment fun and constructive keeps things easier for us as parents. We are happy to report that he is doing well in school and enjoying his sessions every week.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the level of professionalism, knowledge and competency of the Study Box team in Purley. I brought my son in for tutoring and support with exam technique at a very late stage (less than 4months before 11plus exams). The team took time to know my son and tailor the learning to suit his needs and the timelines. My son was exam ready and super confident within 4months. The tutors at the Sutton branch are just simply amazing. They nurtured my daughter's ability that she found studying fun. Settling into a new high school and learning new subjects did not faze as she has picked up so many learning tips and tricks which helps her tackle her new workload confidently.

The tutors have regular update sessions to discuss her progress and see if I had any concerns. To be honest, they were so 'on the ball' that I was happy to support their planning.

My son joined study box in view of preparing for his gscs’s. He was very pleased working with the team and always looked forward for the next lessons. He found it very helpful and staff well prepared and the lessons were based mainly on his needs .
Parents get involved by being asked if there are more things they could do in view of achieving set targets , and they try implementing tasks in a manner that would make the students ambitions grow.

Zach (aged 7yrs) has really flourished since joining Study Box. He enjoyed English before but a lot of the grammar terminology and application can be tricky, even for adults. This is a fun way for him to learn and absorb the teaching. Great staff and would highly recommend.

My daughter (year 9) has been attending Studybox tution at Sutton since last few months and is satisfied with the guidance she is getting. The staff at the tution is quite professional and make great effort in students progress, monitor their performance and keep the parents informed. I recommend this tution center.
