Easy to navigate website and order and pay

First time buying a tailored suit. I'm a short round guy so buying off the rack always looks like I bought off the rack or have a hand-me-down. I don't know anything about designing clothes so I had a conversation with AI who told me how to design it for my shape. Had my wife measure me. 100 percent the best suit I've ever had. The fit is perfect. I've never had a suit like this. Can't thank you enough.

Easy ordering and delivery. Quality materials and tailoring.

This company is based in Mumbai India. Their tailor work is good enough. Not best or high end. Yet it is good enough The quality of material is exaggerated. It isn't "Italian" but it is linen and it is wool.
They're basically a copycat company that gets fine suits and duplicates them.
They do make clothing to your specific size request. However, you must understand that it takes months for many orders, especially if you customize it heavily. The more basic and generic sizes you ask, the faster you will receive your suit.
It's a company that offers decent remake suits but nothing to the level the website portays.
Dont expect high end customer service. They do reply with very vague emails as there is clearly a language communications challenge and they use AI to communicate.

I cant rate them too low but a 4 is generous from the 2 suits they shipped to me. They are not based in USA as they claim.
You will receive your suit and a decent look but I promise the workmanship is very spotty.

Example: They forgot half of my suspender buttons on one order, and second seperate orders, they ran out of the premium suit inner liner, that I ordered. I had to pick a second option and a color and style that I didnt really want but was stuck with.

I do caution you about the high end 1k and above priced suits. You will 100% be disappointed. Remember they copy fine suits only. I ordered my second a high end tuxedo and let's just say, even an untrained eye can tell the quality products workmanship is missing. It looks like a higher priced rental tux.

The materials are not the same quality and are only a reproduction. Think of a fake Rolex and that's the exact suits you will receive. It looks similar and wears similar but it lacks the quality appearance and workmanship that not even having it dry cleaned can make it better.

There are 2 other website you can Google that are 20-30% higher in price but truly a high quality amazing product.

If you want to save money and get a look that kinda looks like the good stuff. This is the place.
Remember that it ships from India and they take 6 weeks to 10 weeks for highly customized suits. But if you want a standard coat size with a pant hem to your length. They ship very fast.

Absolutely incredible experience! This was my first time ordering a suit and it was for my father. The online ordering is streamlined and it’s easy to put in all required measurements. They even have helpful graphs for measurements if you’re unfamiliar with measuring either yourself or someone else. Their customer service is phenomenal and the suit was incredibly high quality and gorgeous. My father felt very confident in his suit and he’s ready for my sisters wedding!

Fabric presentation is great. Shipping was speedy.

Outstanding construction of my waistcoat for far, far less money than I could dream of spending at a retail shop . . . and it was made exactly to my specifications. The system was quick and easy and turnaround time fast. I couldn't ask for more.

Absolute bargain for a custom suit and the turnaround time was surprising given it was 100% custom to my measurements!

Ordered a standard sized suit, Jacket was too large. Emailed them multiple times and asked for one size smaller but they refused to replace jacket. Told me to get it altered or to buy a new suit in my desired (smaller) size. The pants fit ok but overall I’d say the material wasn’t that great. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. Zero customer service, no way to reach them by phone.

Communicative. App is great and intuitive. Suit customization options are cool. Suit quality is great for price point. Delivery time was quick given level of customization.

I reached out about delivery date and got a very quick response. My delivered product was per description. I made a few alterations on the jacket, but nothing extraordinary. I would not hesitate to use again

The quality is unbeatable. The fit is perfect. No one else has anything like this. I’m exclusive when I wear them. This is my fourth blazer and they’re all great.

The suit fits very well, and it looks fantastic. Many of my students raved over the color choice, and are convinced it is the best color choice for me. It is definitely a keeper.

very satisfied except for the fact that it took a long time to get the delivery (3 weeks), which maybe is normal for a suit custom made abroad. I ordered jacket size 46 Long, I should have ordered 44, but that's on me.
