Didn’t got my money back from the cancelled big ocean concert. I will never buy tickets from studio pav again! Sad that I can’t see my idols but I will not support this anymore.

The easiest barricade I've ever got, everything went smoothly 😊
They treat their paying customers like they are bad children rather than the ones literally paying to be there. Extremely disrespectful to the fans and often the artist. They also started changing pol... See more

worst organization ever
Studiopav ur insane. First, on october 24, u announce at 4AM in the morning the venues for P1Harmony in Europe, then the sale should be on the same day at 4PM , and u dont even speak up about it?? then later at around 3PM u post it was just an error in the system.. not to forget to mention how u give us so small venues knowing damn well the demand is HIGH. then u announce prices and times for the sale, but in the sale we have to pay for london fees around £100?? that’s RIDICULOUS. then u also announce two hours before the sale that the times changed and that the sale will be at 4PM, VIP general sale at 5PM an the VIP early access at 4PM too?? how should people buy vip and the admission at THE SAME TIME. We all deserved better that was insane
This company is a mess!!
I didn’t even manage to get to the ticket buying process for P1harmony in London. However from what I’ve read:
First of all communication was extremely poor (I saw this myself) times of ticket sales were unclear and only specified super late. As crazy as this may sound, not everyone can fight a concert ticket war at 10AM!!
And the actual ticketing, not only were prices completely wrong as an extra £80-£100 was added for ‘ticketing fees’ but you’re selling tickets that are in people’s baskets when they’re trying to pay?!?! Who does that!
Now I’ve only started going to concerts recently and this company by far is THE WORST for ticketing, XLOV feels like a walk in the park compared to p1harmony do better.
Can't recommend at all!
A lot went wrong.
1. The communication was bad. Studiopav released false information, made mistakes with the time tickets were supposed to release. They answered some mails which also included false information. They corrected themselves 20 minutes before the tickets went on sale, and only via insta story.
2. Bad organisation
Firstly, the london venue and ticketing was announced seperatly and later than everything else. In general, tickets should have went on sale sooner, and they made us wait 3 weeks for ticketing info.
3. ticket pricing
The prices which studiopav announced were much less then when the tickets actually went on sale. About 30% more than announced.
4. ticket sale
It was super chaotic. As already said, for some countrys the tickets went on sale an hour later than announced, which wasn't communicated before at all.
The venues chosen were way too small for some countrys, tickets were gone in seconds, which made it almost impossible to get.
General admission was sold on a seperat website, different for each venue. But even though ga ticket sale was an hour later, vip still went on sale at the same time. While buying the vip tickets and typing in your payment data, the tickets weren't reserved so you literally didn't have time to pay?
The whole process was just hours of stress and not knowing what's going on.
Total failure at organizing Events
The Organisation of European Events regarding the P1Harmony Tour was catastrophic. The venues are too small and there are not enough stops for the size of the fan base. Not only was the lack of information beforehand a problem but mostly the way the company handled the questions problems and issues. European fans didn't know which time the sale would happen because of the change summer/winter time. No one of the company answered regarding this topic. They simply didn't care about any of the complaints. It wasn't possible to get any tickets because the vip/vvip were sold later. Which was only announced 20 minutes beforehand. People ended up getting vip tickets but no admission tickets. So they wasted their money on tickets of no use. When adding the tickets to the carts and even paying for the tickets there was suddenly the info - tickets unavailable-. Fans complained that they chose a specific country and got tickets for a different one. Also people ended up with no tickets even tho the money got debited. Those are just a few of the errors happening.
Did the company address the problems ? No they mocked everyone with a post saying - up to a great winter with nearly all booked out venues. This is gaslighting at its finest. It's not only super disrespectful to the fans but also harming the bands.
Total mess during P1Harmony tickets sale!
Unprofessional!
The worst experience i had in my whole life!
I was paying for.benefits and they disappeared from my cart. During payment process! My money went but they gave me no tickets! And now noone replying. Shame on u all!
