I would have given this company 0 stars…
I would have given this company 0 stars if that were possible. Not only are they liars there also entirely useless I lived in the same flat for two years and I reported so many problems during my time. I finally moved out this summer and they have decided to charge us for all the issues we had reported to them during our time living there when we knew it was not our fault. There was a huge electrical fault which they never bothered to fix meaning half the year we had no power to even shower, use the kitchen or have lights on in the flat. They are absolutely atrocious and Becky the main agent we dealt with has 0 respect this company cared about money not people. DO NOT LET UNIVERSITY STUDENTS RENT FROM THIS COMPANY - this review is particularly for the Nottingham branch.
