Its a 5 from us!!!

Victoria has been amazing - she sold our property after not having much success with others.
She promised me she could do it, and she did! Communication has been fantastic throughout the whole process...she made a stressful time manageable. I cant thank her and the team enough - 5 stars from us!!!

I can really recommend working with Olly Trulove from the Guildford & Horshamoffice

I can really recommend working with Olly Truelove at the Guildford & Horsham office if you are looking in that area. Once he had our brief he worked tirelessly and brough to us lots of relevant ideas and has helped us find our forever home which we moved into in January. He is hard working, efficient, polite and respectful. Can't speak highly enough.

Fantastic Service

We just completed our house sale through Emily Williams at Banbury Strutt & Parker and want to thank her for the fabulous work she did to get the sale and completion through so quickly. Sale to exchange in less than 8 weeks! Amazing! Everything was handled really professionally from the photographs, marketing and viewings. We had no need to chase for any updates and the whole experience was virtually stress free. We highly recommend them. Thank you Emily you are a star!

Sevenoaks team

Andrew Harwood and his team at Sevenoaks,made the sale of my mother’s house as easy as possible. They showed great patience with our buyers solicitor and pushed to get the sale through, I had a good flow of information and the tenacity of Andrew and his team shone through, it would have been quite easy to lose the sale,but through their diligence we have now completed

Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have…

Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have recently completed the sale of our property. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain. Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions out of office hours and at weekends. The good lines of communication S & P maintained between buyers, solicitors and developers resulted in us moving into our dream Home.

Newbury branch - hire some more help!

Newbury branch - understaffed, underresourced, got a lone junior staff member running the entire Lettings team, and literally could not organise a *p-up at a brewery as a result. No apparent efforts to get resources and help from their considerable branch network, resulting in a slow, badly communicated, unsupported process and 2 weeks later, I still have no tenancy contract to sign in the most easiest of circumstances.

For premium property avoid Strutt & Parker

If you’re renting a premium property, avoid Strutt & Parker. After 15 years of renting through three different agencies, this was by far the worst experience.

When something breaks or needs fixing, they will delay and stall until you stop asking. The issue is that you can’t just hire someone to fix it yourself since it’s not your property—leaving you trapped in Strutt & Parker’s bureaucracy and at the mercy of indifferent employees.

Strutt & Parker Translation Guide:
• “I will call them tomorrow” = I will not call them tomorrow.
• “Let me look into that” = I will not look into that.
• “Let me get back to you on that” = I will not get back to you on that.

I’ve been liasing with the ascot team…

I’ve been liasing with the ascot team whilst I navigated a purchase. Unfortunately I had two people let me down during the initial process. Emma the listing agent. has been exceptional in her support and fabulous communication throughout , and pleasingly it seems things are now back on track. The whole team are great … from jo who handles the compliance to anyone else who answers the phone . You really feel listened to and supported . Cannot recommend this company enough

Strutt and Parker, Perth

Strutt and Parker, Perth handled the sale of my late father’s property. Amy McMenemy had been recommended to me, and she immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and professionalism at what was a very difficult time. I could not have chosen better than Amy. Throughout what turned out to be a fairly long, but ultimately successful process, Amy was always on hand to advise and guide. I found her to be hardworking and very responsive to any queries and would highly recommend Strutt and Parker and Amy in particular to anyone looking to sell their home.

Professional and friendly estate agents

We sold our house through Strutt and Parker in the summer of 2023. We met a few agents and Andrew came across the best out of the people we met. He had clients lined up looking for a property like ours and within a couple of weeks and a couple of viewings it was sold. Everything was extremely professional and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to sell or buy a property for you. They are the best agents we have dealt with out of all the properties we have bought and sold.

Friendly, proactive and professional

I am a Licensed Conveyancer and work on some cases with Strutt and Parker. Compared to other estate agents that I work with they always go above and beyond to assist their clients in achieving their requirements. I find them very professional, proactive, helpful and they are so lovely to work with! They actually help me - if I have a problem on something or I am not getting a response they will chase where required and assist me in getting what I need. I would recommend any seller to market with them over any other agent. Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, having this type of agency on your side is a godsend and will only assist with speed and timely completions! Thanks for always being great and exceeding expectations!

never experienced such lack of professionalism

We have never experienced such lack of professionalism. The team was aware that we are travelling 1.5-2 hours with infant twins to view multiple properties. On arrival I saw an email sent 5-10 minutes prior to the viewing saying it was cancelled because nobody could show us around due to someone calling in sick last minute. When calling the agency they apologied of course saying that the person in charge at the development as well as the agency were not around either. The developer apparently did not even know the time of the viewing hence the late cancellation. It is beyond me how nobody can cover a sick colleague especially under these circumstances and how the viewing time is unknown so potential buyers are not wasting time and petrol driving there, not to mention the effort it takes travelling with infant twins.

Cambridge rentals fiasco

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

Dont rent from this company

Didn't want to give this so called brilliant estate agents a one star they do not deserve it after the way we have been treated the past 3 years we have been renting from them.
My first point is you ring the office for some help if there is a problems and you get told they will give you a ring back but you wait and wait and still no call back.
We had a problem with the flooring in our kitchen and got told they would sort it when someone finally came out to have a look he was very surprised and said it was asbestos in the kitchen flooring when they finally decided to address this issue and get new flooring it was 9 months later walking on asbestos in my kitchen.
We also asked to get someone to have a look at the bathroom due to there being thick black mould accumulating on our bathroom ceiling when we asked about this we where told to wipe it with bleach and water NOT ACCEPTABLE.
And to top of this matter we are now being evicted after being there 3 years but have also heard that we are not the only people this has happened to due to 3 other families have been evicted aswell from these houses they are renting to people

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
how this company is still running I will never know no respect for tenants atall

In competent sales staff

This salesman was either totally inexperienced, incompetent or did not want our property on their books. Strutt and Parker had valued our property for £250K less than 3 other estate agents. How could you trust this company. To add, the attitude of said salesperson left a lot to be desired. Further more we were approached by Strutt and Parker stating that they had buyers who had missed out on a sales and were waiting to buy our property like ours, which is clearly untrue as when questioned there were none.

Recently completed on a house marketed…

Recently completed on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, with the assistance of Victoria Rose.

Victoria has gone above and beyond both pre-completion and post. Let’s just say we had a few teething problems following completion yet despite the fact that the role of Strutt & Parker (& more importantly Victoria’s) had been fulfilled, she was there day and night to assist.
