So far a very good and smooth experience. We are still in the middle of our application but Monsur and the wider team have been very supportive. I would highly recommend.

I have given strideup 5* because from the beginning the advisors we spoke with through phone or emails were always helpful and gave plenty of advice always quick with email reply’s and always follow through with phone calls to see how things are going you don’t get the feeling that you can’t ask for help and that’s impressed me the most thanks guys for your patience and time

It all started when I had a advise call with Ruqayyah, she was very helpful, she explained the whole process to me and made simple what I actually thought was hard. I was then booked in for the second advise call where I had a long chat with Monsur, he's very experienced in his field, broke the whole process down into pieces and assured me that I'm at the right place, also that with the shariah mortgage, I'm securing the future of the generation to come. The whole experience has bee good so far and I'm rest assured the rest of the process will be much easier In Sha Allah.

Mohammed who helped me through the application was great. I feel relieved that my refinance has now taken place. Although the Islamic Mortgage is still very expensive and I hope more is done to make it more affordable, at least it's better than commercial.
