I can't recommend Nicola and Dominique highly enough. They handled the conveyancing work for me with exceptional professionalism. Their response times to my emails were fantastic always prompt, clear, and reassuring. Beyond that, They were incredibly friendly and kind, making what could be a stressful process so much easier. Experienced solicitors who work hard and swiftly. They have never needed to be chased. Always answer questions clearly and quickly. I have used them to buy and sell houses and flats and to get a lease extension. I've had some tight times frames which they have always met. Streeter Marshall were excellent and Nicola Davey was my conveyancer handling the sale and purchase and she was amazing throughout. Always replying to emails and always calling back after I leave a message.

My buyers were a difficult bunch, delaying things for 4 month and we had trouble getting updates etc. She held everything together and got us over the line.

She was there as a friendly ear to listen to my rants but also keeping things moving and managed the solicitors from both sides.

Highly recommend them and in particular Nicola.
