10/10 Customer Service

I can't fault this service. Easy to set up with my VPN router. Customer service is top notch, from diagnosing any issues with my ISP in Thailand to detecting faults in cables on the route back to UK. The team are always happy to help and go above and beyond. Highly recommend for remote workers.

Streamvia VPN DNS

I got into a lot of problems with my new Starlink system in Spain which caused yet more problems with my Streamvia VPN.The boys at Streamvia had me up and running in no time and sorted the Starlink problems as well.An absolutely superb service for over 10 years ,absolutely faultless performance by them day and night.great help to me

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing. Had an issue on my end of the configuration and James was extremely fast to respond, was good at helping me trouble shoot and right off the bat suggested fixing something that I wouldn't have thought or chatGPT did not suggest.

Best of the Best

I have been a hugely satisfied and grateful customer of Streamvia for five years or more. Like many others I used a number of VPN providers before alighting on SV after being directed there by my (then) satellite TV supplier. There are no words of praise too high for this customer-aware, exceptionally responsive company. Many is the time James has rescued me from inaccessibility - and once even managed to have me connected at Doha airport which, as those who have passed through this terminal will know, is a considerable achievement. I truly believe that only James could have solved my latest connectivity challenge in South East Asia. Without a doubt James - and, indeed the whole SV team - are the best of the best and, imho, so reasonably priced, it makes me feel guilty not paying more for their outstanding technology and service.

Been using these guys for years

Been using these guys for years - they're a small company, but the service and customer service I've received for the last 8-9 years is second to none. They put the big-boys to shame, many times over.

Well done StreamVia team, ignore the other review, keep going - it reads a little suspect to me anyway.

Don't use these people

Don't use these people. I tried to install their service on my iPad. It wasn't easy and their support people were very uncooperative. No phone or live chat to help. Their attitude was.. tough, you don't like it, go somewhere else.

Needless to say, our recollection is a little different from yours ;)

You demanded a telephone call; we explained that we do not provide telephone support. When you indicated that you would move to another provider, we offered to refund your most recent payment as a gesture of goodwill.

We appreciate that public reviews are part of doing business. That said, when readers look at a reviewer’s wider profile, they are naturally able to form their own conclusions. It becomes evident that you try to weaponise reviews when you don't get your way - by leaving 1-star reviews.

Interestingly, the review has prompted quite a few conversations with both new and long-standing customers, so it may not quite be having the effect you intended. ;)
