I sent my +20 year old Stinger LED light in to Steamlight for repair on 4-8-2026. I requested an estimate for repairing it because it was no longer bright and the switch had broken. Customer service repaired and returned my flashlight without a charge and it is brighter and better than new. This is a testament to Streamlight's standing behind their product. Service like this is becoming more rare each day that goes by. Five stars to Streamlight Inc. for staying true to the customers that have built their business. I am a happy, pleased customer.

One of the better companies for illumination options. In both the Military and Law Enforcement I have trusted my life with Streamlight. For handheld and weapon lights, they offer the best bang for your buck. Products you can trust. Working as a Contractor on Foreign Military Sales, I had to reach out to Streamlight on National Stock Numbers in reference to some light kits they had. Got quick response.

The BEST! These people will take care of you always, they go above and beyond for everything.

Not to mention, their products are comparable to ones worth HUNDREDS more. (Tlr-1 HL vs X300) Most people would even say their TLR-1 has a better switch feel than the x300!

I cant even go into detail how generous and awesome they are because I'm worried people will exploit them for it. These guys are one in a million.
