A Great Service from Stratstone Mini, Harrogate.
We first contacted Andy at Strastone late last week to enquire about exchanging our Mini before the end of the lease agreement. From then on everything went really smoothly. Andy sourced a vehicle from another dealership that met our requirements perfectly within 2 days of the enquiry. We agreed the terms of swapping the lease across to new vehicle and arranged an appointment to test drive and, assuming we liked the car, complete the formalities. We pointed out that for business reasons we had a limited time available at the appointment. Andy dealt with everything superbly. He had prepared a lot of the necessary documents ahead of time and it was a really smooth process thereafter. Andy was excellentto deal with, very personable and professional. This is the fifth Mini we have purchased from Stratstone and we will definitely be back again. We can recommend this dealership and their staff to any prospective purchaser - they are brilliant.
