Range Rover was recalled and we only have one car, however I was able to work from one of the private booths, so minimal disruption to my day.
Staff are all super friendly, professional and welcoming.
Car sorted and also was valeted - 5 Stars all the way.
My car is under warranty and I was supplied a courtesy car as well as good service.
Everything went as planned and no unexpected service surprises - always a bonus.

The pointless waste of your time American front end to phoning in is not good. the on-line booking feature is almost a criminal waste of time, in that its hard to use then someone calls you up to say its not actually connected to the real servicing diary and start again! Even the date field in the box below is in a format that ordinary British people do not recognise - I've deducted one more star!

Actual service carried out on 12th March. Excellent service, kept me informed after the initial check with supporting video. Updated me when the service was complete, including the expected collection time. Saved me the cost of this service and the next one by arranging a service plan. Left feeling service mattered, rather than, in this day and age, just a number.

For the cost they charge for a service it's just incredible how poor the overall experience is. It' started great, dropped the car at 8am and was in a loan vehicle within 40 mins on my way to work. I arrived at 5pm to collect my land rover after it's serviced and MOT, having not heard anything all day, and all I could be told was it had failed. Had to wait 20 minutes to find out why, and then be told there were no parts and no firm ETAs, the cost for both were also wildly more expensive than they needed to be. I said I would have it fixed myself and brig back for the retest. This is when things went further downhill. Whilst driving home I noticed a strange noise from the back, on inspection the boot cover had been unclipped and not put back oroperly and was scuffed also the auto-hold brake function no longer works, you'd also think that for £900+ for a service they'd top the ad blue up.. anyway.. I highlighted some of these issues the following day in an emailmand said I'd like to book my free MOT retest.. however I'm still waiting for a reply. Subsequently I've had to book and pay for another MOT eslewhere. I've tried ringing and it just rings. It's a massively disappointing experience given the cost and I just wish I'd used a specialist.
