called at goolwa statco (11.30 on the 31st.Jan) & the service by one person there was very poor in fact I was made to feel my custom was not welcome.I will not be going back to be treated in such a manner- some people need to learn people skills. This was the 2nd.time I have been treated rudely by that same person.Additionally,2 of my neighbours have reported similar experiences by the same easily identifiable staff member NB: we are all senior female citizens!

I was in Stratco Southcoast (in Goolwa)…
I was in Stratco Southcoast (in Goolwa) today nand was served by Ellen. She had well rounded knowledge of the products i was interested in and more than happy to give helpful advice on istalling the products. Her personality was engaging and made me feel welcome in the store. Will be definately using the store again for cuurent and future renos.
