I want to give a really big shout out to Rebecca Cornish, one of your Gepps Cross Administrative team members.
Without boring you with details I had a delivery problem with an order for 6 sheets of fencing and two lengths of capping.
I am none too impressed with the on-line consultant through whom I placed the order, which left me with an order at your Richmond Road store and a few problems about getting it safely to my home address at Glengowrie.
I reached out to Rebecca Cornish and she was fantastic! Problem resolved wonderfully, thanks to her intervention.
You have a great team member there!

Staff Were Very Helpful.
On Saturday, 01/03/25, my husband and I were at the Gepps Cross store. We were so busy that we didn’t realize our little boy had an accident there.
The staff were incredibly helpful. Rachel, who was at the counter, kindly assisted my son in cleaning up the mess, which I truly didn’t expect. My husband noticed that she wasn’t trained in First Aid, but despite that, she handled the situation amazingly.
I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service, especially to Rachel, for her quick and caring response.
Well done, Rachel, and thank you once again to the staff at Stratco Gepps Cross!

Had a wonderful experience with the customer service team online. But — the in store service was terrible. Wasted so much time being told my order wasn't there is wasn't ready. Two staff members spent more than 2 hours in the Gepps Cross Store because they 'couldn't find it,' argued that it wouldn't be ready for another month. I want to support local, but not when you make it this hard.
The one star is because — I can't place a google review. And the poor service in store took the shine off the online service.

Still waiting on a simple quote for a fence extension submitted 18/10/24 (nearly 3 weeks). Phoned Stratco to follow-up (24/10/24) was told someone will action it in a few days. Still nothing. Anyway, I have completed my fence extension without their help.

Barry, the Stratco Driver who delivered our shed here in Angle Vale went above and beyond to help us and make it easy for us. He was very skilled and a problem solver. We were also very pleased with the price that we got from Stratco Gepps Cross, we thought we should avoid them as they look expensive but it turns out they are one with the best price. From the selection of our shed to delivery and product quality we could not be happier. The sales department was very informative and gave us time to decide on size and materials. We confirmed on our second visit and paid a deposit. Delivery was organised and confirmed prior to the day. We are so pleased with our new shed and very happy with the quality. Went last week to pick up some stock didnt know where is was going and basically had a warehouse employee yelling abusively at me to move my car even though i was literally still pulling in. Ordered some more stock today and almost lectured over the phone becuase I wanted to pick up sooner than the "standard" 4 hours even though the store had stock and was ready for pick up

Barry delivered the timber and fasteners on time and in great condition (well protected from the elements). He went the extra and managed to unload the timber as close as possible down our driveway near the carport so that we didn't have so far to move it into our shed. Barry is very polite and professional and we are very happy with the service he provided.

My shed was delivered today and I want to say how impressed I was with the delivery driver Andrew Leckie. He had a tight area to work within but showed his professionalism and cool nature in a tight situation. He was very polite and good natured as well. Please thank him for me.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you to a member at Stratco Gepps Cross who was worked on Saturday 15/4/23.
There was a long queue in front of us where there were 5 people waiting patiently with one register open. This services was slow and a lot of comments from those customers who have been waiting in line suggested other registers should be open.
I felt sorry for the young girl who was serving us, who was only available at the time where she had to apology to customers “I’m so sorry for the delayed, unfortunately we are short staff today and I will try my best to serve you as quick as I can, thank you for your patience” where she kept a calm face. My husband and I asked if she’s ok with all this pressure, being short staff, we understand how that can be for any staff member, being under the pump.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Rachel who had expectational excellent customer service skills. Thank you Stratco at Gepps Cross for training your staff to have good customer services.

My husband and I came in today, a male staff member who's was serving us, he was very lovely. We came from a Vietnamese background, and very little English.
After speaking to a male staff member, we bought servals plants and took it to the counter, where we have been served by a young Vietnamese girl, who are very lovely a polite and very well manners. She was helping us get what we wanted. What a beautiful staff she was. We will definitely come back and let our friends and family members go to Stratco. Well done to Stratco.
