follow up on replacement for incorrect order

hello,

order 50202622490

i recently purchased the ‘short double-breasted high neck coat’ but i received the regular ‘short double breasted coat’. i was really hoping to bring it with me on my holiday on the 9th of July. i have previously emailed about this situation and was told i would be sent a replacement but no further information has been given in over a week, any help would be appreciated thank you!

Be wary!!!

I have always ordered from Stradivarius I never had any issues but I ordered a two piece 2 weeks ago and my package hasn’t come I’ve tried contacting numerous times through all the different avenues. Emails aren’t being replied to, the chat doesn’t work no one responds, I got on a phone call with a customer service agent who told me the package was with dhl I said that dhl didn’t have my tracking number it actually isn’t even a dhl tracking number they only have 10 numbers mine has way more when I said this the person hung up the phone. I’ve had no bad experiences but from this one I will never order again and I want people to know and be skeptical it’s a fine shop but if you are the unfortunate person that things go wrong for, there is no one to contact to help.
Update: finally got a refund issued after getting someone on the phone, I have not yet received the money but no sign of my package and still no emails answered to this day

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service

Mistakenly, I didn’t include my door number when filling in my address for order. I was emailed by royal mail and told that my order had been sent back to Stradivarius. I have tried to contact them in multiple ways including to the online chatbot, WhatsApp AI and their email. I have attempted to change my address so that my parcel can be sent back and I won’t have to go through the refund and re order process. However, when I try and request for this to happen - the chat bot is just repeating the same thing. I have given all of my information and have had my chat ended multiple times by an unhelpful chat bot and employees who are pasting a script. Will not be ordering again and am hoping for a full refund. Difficult and hard to use service, over complicated my request etc

Awful customer service

Stradivarius saying my order is at the collection point when I got home delivery, they won’t tell me where it is and the chat is rubbish and doesn’t work. Awful customer service so now I have lost £100 and no one is helping me, absolutely rubbish, don’t buy from here.

Cheap Damaged Junk

I placed my first…and last…order with this company.

I ordered three items, all jewelry/accessory type items.

They arrived, just thrown into a soft envelope mailer, with zero packaging. Not even so much as wrapped in old used toilet paper.

So, the items were broken. Literally in pieces. A ring had come apart. Earrings were tangled and coming apart.

Once inspecting closer, it is obvious this is super cheap shoddy materials to begin with. It never stood a chance against the brute force we know as Fed Ex/UPS/USPS.

I don’t have the patience or physical nerves left to pursue a refund. By the sound of the other reviews, it would be a futile effort anyway.

Stay away from this company.

Dont bother buying online

Dont bother buying online, its impossible to return, you have to physically go to the store to return it. Also their chat app is not working!
Very frustrating experience, i wont buy again

Urgent: Second Delivery Issue – Order No. 50205784322



I am extremely disappointed to be facing this same delivery problem for the second time whitin one week my order 50205784322. I specifically paid extra for fast delivery, yet once again the service has failed.

Let me make this very clear:
I am travelling abroad on Tuesday, and therefore I can only receive the item on Monday. You now have two options:

1. Deliver my item on Monday only without fail.

2. If this is not possible like you always do, then refund me in full immediately, including the fast delivery fee I paid.

This is now the second time I’ve had issues with your delivery, and I have lost trust in your service completely. It will also be the last time I ever shop with you, and I will not recommend your store to anyone.

Handle this matter urgently and confirm either the Monday delivery or the full refund (including delivery charges) if that is not possible.
I m waiting for the refund for the first item and now we have again this issue whitin one week.

Never again would I order here.

Never again would I order here.
I have ordered in the shop in Cologne, without an account. The clothes arrived here and it catastrophic packaging, or ripped, and the contents fell out. When I was trying to return this crappy quality clothes, I find out that this seems to be not possible, I cannot Get hold of anyone. I cannot send them emails. It’s not possible to send them a WhatsApp you get direct to this automatic bloody system which doesn’t work so I’m supposed to sit on an order of €80 and not be able to return this? You’ve gotta be joking.
So now I’m having to return to the shop which is 75 km from me and return these really bad quality clothes because there was no customer service available online -so never again, Stradivarius.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from USA, and had correct address information on file. They used Veho delivery and they had my address all messed up and delivered it to the wrong address, they sent me a picture and the person on it address stole my package. When I was trying to figure it out and get my package back I have get no help from anybody. Customer service here doesn’t exist! I really loved this brand and all of my clothes from there, I was loyal and spent more than 3000$ on all items together but after that situation I will never order from them again. You lost me!

Lenghth Difference

A couple of weeks ago I bought a pair of linen blend pants, of brown color. Since I really liked them and they were not too expensive, I bought another three pairs of the same style from the same rack. I thought that since I already had the brown ones and they were all the same -apart from the color- I didn't need to try the other ones on. So I bought them straight away.
Turns out there was a significant length difference which was mentioned nowhere, not on the label nor their website. I have been trying to contact them, but it has been a pain through their website.I am truly dissapointed, as I was looking forward to wearing them. I can't even return them because the minute I brought them home, I washed them, so I totally wasted my money.

Oh dear oh dear

Oh dear oh dear. Well not sure what to tell you about first, the trousers with one leg 2 inches shorter than the other leg or the jumper that when washed could’ve fitted my entire family in including the Shetland pony! Then there’s the doom loop of the chat bot, well that’s fun and worth trying to use if you want to wind yourself up. I did go into the store and although the store emailed me the receipt at the time, they can’t trace the receipt on email oh but if you chose the receipt to be sent via text then they can, losing the will at this point. Then you put the code in to find the receipt on the app and that doesn’t work either. You would think with all the investment in the self service check out that the process of their customer base on what happens scenarios is worked out too when it comes to faults etc. I live 2 hours away from the store but did get into the London Oxford street one to try and deal with it. Alas the returns is in the basement no phone signal or WiFi, you couldn’t make it up. Ultimately I won’t buy again as the quality is so poor and I really don’t have the energy or time chasing some faceless organisation for a useful response. If you’re reading this it’s probably too late for you and you’ve fallen into the black hole of doom loop or said what’s app copy and paste answers.

Non working gift card

I ordered a gift card for a friend from Stradivarius and the link in the mail to bind the gift card to her account is not working. I contacted the helpdesk but they keep insisting I just have to click the link which I told them numerous times that doesn’t work. They then told me to send a problem description to the help desk mail address but that mail is being ignored despite multiple friendly reminders. It looks like I just lost 40 euros on a non working gift card and nobody at Stradivarius is able to help me with it.

Edit: 3 weeks after they said they would contact me, nobody has contacted me yet.

I love this brand

I love this brand. Especially their sneakers which I can wear with a dress or shorts. I often buy sneakers. Last time I bought perfume which was about 20 euros and sneakers about 45 euros. The quality is good, as for the perfume the scent was too sweet which I don't like at all. I give 5 stars just for the sneakers. As for the staff, they were polite and tried to help to find perfect item.

What an absolute joke of a company

What an absolute joke of a company. Customer service is beyond awful, dismissive, robotic, and clearly clueless about the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I was sold a faulty item, provided clear evidence, and was repeatedly shut down by agents who copy and paste the same evasive script instead of actually helping. One even ended the chat on me mid-conversation.

You should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers. I’ll be escalating this formally and taking every necessary step to ensure this company is held accountable.

PS: Spare me your pathetic copy and paste response. Try acting like humans instead of scripted robots. Maybe then you’d earn the trust of the people you’re failing so miserably.

Sizing is terrible. Far too small

The clothes are gorgeous but the sizing is insane! I’m a size 8-10. Dress sizes XS , S , M , L , XL. Orders a size S - couldn’t even get it on. Reordered M. still could get it on. I’m doubftful I would even fit in a large. Sizing is terrible

Poor customer service

Bought two trench coats, firstly, the items were placed in a paper bag without any protective wrapping, and the bag was nearly torn due to the rainy weather during delivery. Secondly, one of the items appears to be a faulty sample — the coat still has a red arrow sticker pointing to stains. I wrote to customer service, waited for a few days, no replies. So I contacted the online chat service, the chat service staff seemed disengaged and unconcerned. It's my first purchase at Stradivarius, and the impression is that the customer service is very negligent, and the chat service staff are neither experienced nor interested in helping clients.

Malaga Stradivarius…

Visited the Malaga store in the town centre. Struggled with the self service and there were no staff available to help. When I finally saw a staff member who came to help she was very off-hand and made me feel like a total inconvenience.
