From the outset, I was particularly impressed by how professionally and promptly my request was handled. The process began with a face-to-face Teams meeting, which was extremely helpful in understanding my circumstances and ensuring that all the relevant details were considered. The advice I received gave me confidence that I was making the right decision—not only in protecting my own interests, but also in ensuring that the agreement was fair and protective of my partner’s interests too.
Although the idea of entering into a cohabitation agreement was not initially well received by my partner, the guidance, reassurance and professionalism provided by my solicitor Bethan helped us navigate the process constructively. The completed agreement has now given us both greater clarity and peace of mind about our respective interests.

I cannot recommend Bethan highly enough for the support and guidance she provided in the lead-up to and during my first court hearing.
With a very limited amount of time to complete my Form E, I was understandably under a great deal of stress. Bethan’s expert guidance and prompt communication gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed to complete and submit it in time.
What stood out most was the support she gave me personally. During an incredibly difficult and daunting time, Bethan made me feel calm, prepared and, most importantly, that I was not facing it alone. As I had been invited to fill out some information first and Charlotte had reviewed this, it meant that time wasn't lost explaining my situation. Although it still remains a complex process, my meeting has given me some clear steps to move things forward which is what I needed.
