I placed my order on the 5th of January…

I placed my order on the 5th of January and followed up with a phone call to check that they had received my payment and that the order would be despatched. I was told that it can take 21 days if i am lucky to get the order and that they have a backlog so it could take even longer. The lady was quite rude on the phone. I have cancelled my order.

Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else

I placed an order on 17 December (outside of the Black Friday period). Weeks later, after repeated follow-ups, I was still being told that my order was “in a queue to be shipped”.

When I contacted the company on 5 January to cancel the order and request a refund due to the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I was suddenly told that the order had already been dispatched.

However, I have received no dispatch confirmation email, no tracking number, and no notification of shipment at all — despite being told it had left their warehouse. This directly contradicts what I had been told previously and provides no way for me to verify where my order actually is.

Throughout this process I have been repeatedly told that someone would “get back to me”, which has not happened. There has been no proactive communication, no clear timelines, and conflicting information depending on who you speak to.

Delays can happen, but poor communication and inconsistent information are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.
