I've been facing a disconnection issue with StormFiber since August 17th and registered a complaint on the same day. When I called on August 18th for an update, the representative mentioned that the resolution time was 24 hours, which had already passed. However, a new representative then informed me that it was Sunday, and their teams were unavailable, so it would be fixed by the next day. On August 19th, I called again, and they said they were escalating my case, but still, no one has visited. I've been dealing with this disconnection for the past three days, with no resolution in sight. StormFiber has failed to honor their 24-hour SOP, and there has been no compensation for the disconnection, even though the issue is entirely on their end. Their lack of commitment and the ever-changing excuses from different agents are extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against taking their service as they do not deliver on their promises.

I've been without internet for the past two days despite repeated assurances that it would be fixed promptly. When I called the helpline today the representative informed me that he upgraded the priority from medium to high. When I questioned why it was set to medium in the first place considering the service isn't working at all he claimed it was already a high priority and that he made it "even higher" To add to the frustration, I’ve never been able to speak to a senior or team lead as they’re always "on break" This level of incompetence is unbelievable

Worst internet service provider.
Worst internet service provider in Karachi if not in the whole country. Till 2023 stormfiber service was fine. But this year in 2024 we had numerous problems with stormfiber. At least twice a month the service is disrupted. At takes 2 to 3 days to fix the problem. Extremely poor service.
Yesterday on advice of DHA, all the cables were cut from poles and we were out of internet. The internet cables are now gone underground. Many of the ISP's have fixed the service that was disrupted yesterday due to cables been removed from the poles. There is no stormfiber team on the ground to fix the issues of their customers.
Upon calling on help line all we get is that stormfiber will fix the issues soon but there is no time frame. We are certainly going to change the service. We recommend internet users not to get stormfiber connection.
They are ripping of customer by charging them full amount but not providing the uninterrupted service.

I had some renovations done in my home due to which their line broke and the speed of browsing has been sluggish regardless of a 20 Mbps connection speed. I can't even get past loading some sites and it times out even though my net is connected. As of July 11th, my HD Box (which is a TV service offered by Storm Fiber) broke and till today there's no channels on it, there's just 6 channels (of news) which don't even output image just audio which keeps stuttering. I have filed 4 Complaints from 11th of July all of which were closed and "resolved by their support team" who never communicate and appear unknowingly "fixing" the issue, but why would I have even filed 4 complaints IF THEY FIXED THE ISSUES. The support team closes the complaints themselves and the customer support doesn't even bother to call to confirm whether the issues have been fixed or not. There is NO upper management in Storm Fiber else it would actually take 24 hours for them to fix their damned service. I'd rather stick to local ISPs with their cable net because at least THEY COMMUNICATE.

Worst customer service. My wire broke down and the company kept claiming that it would be repaired within 24 hours. It has been more than 30 hours now and still no response. This happens every time there is a problem.

Extremely poor customer service. Very unprofessional technical team. CS team keeps on churning excuses to cover up the incompetence of the technical team. Complaints never get resolved before 36 hours time, that is also if we get lucky. Terrible terrible services but unfortunately other options available in the market are equally bad

Very very pathetic service, wish I could gave them negative star. I have called them 7 days in a row, all they can do is to restart the router from the backend, which results in dedicated bandwidth for just 5-10 mins, and then again bandwidth goes down. No follow-ups from the team after generating the tickets, they itself close the tickets, mentioning that "the issue is resolved"

The speed is atrocious, when you call them they will allocate you the bandwidth and everything and call it "reconfiguration" and the speed will go downhill 30 minutes from then.

We have a 40MB package and throughout the day it fluctuates from 1-5 and at most goes up to 15 MB after midnight. We have called the customer support more than 8 times I would say and each time they say "we are configuring your net" which fixes it for 5 mins which is just enough time for them to say goodbye to you and it goes bad right away. Overall don't get this overhyped piece of crap net.
